If you are talking about DLC from the previous ME games...the ones that have been confirmed through spoilers, though i may have just missed some but these I know for sure.

ME 1 - Bring Down The Sky
ME 2 - Arrival
ME 2 - Project Overlord
ME 2 - Lair of the Shadow Broker

Arrival
Kasumi
Zaeed
Lair of the shadow broker
And armor / weapon DLC.

Wether Overlord has any effect i dunno, Doubt firewalker has much to say either unless alliance stole the hammerhead and mass produced it.

Overlord has some minor effects depending on how you finished it. Characters from it will appear.

Depending on the outcome of your choices, war assets or increased galatic readiness, also the characters would make a return.

Effect: Result of an influence
Affect: To have an influence

Title: "Which DLC results ME3?"
Proper title: "Which DLC changes ME3?", therefore "Which DLC affects ME3?"

Jeez getcha grammar right.

Overlord, Lair of the Shadow Broker, Arrival, and Bring Down the Sky have direct effects in ME3.

It looks like at least some will. The Prothean Data Disk grab looks like it will.

Also, you want affect there. Reads as, "do side missions have a result on assets and readyness".

All of the DLC has an affect, in some way.

Well, except for Pinnicle Station, but who cares about that one?

Edit: Nevermind, confusing Pinnacle Station with the specialization quest on the moon.

What about that one firewalker mission with the prothean artifact(silver sphere thing), the one you keep in your captains cabin, wonder whats so significant about that

Hmm. I think they mentioned a Prothean Sphere recovered on the list of War Assets. It might be the one from Firewalker.

Bring Down the Sky, from my understanding, only affected ME3 War Assets if Balak is alive and out of prison.

After that, just what's been said. Overlord, Kasumi (I'm actually not sure about this but a few people have said it), Lair of the Shadow Broker, Arrival.

Er, when you say the Weapons and Armor have been added, I'm assuming that doesn't include the exclusives like Terminus Armor and Blackstorm? I never got those since I didn't get into ME until after ME2 came out. I wouldn't think the exclusives would be part of it, just what you've picked up or downloaded personally.

Weapon and armour DLC has an effect? You have been drinking too much coffee. Those have zero effect. They are included in the game regardless whether you purchased/installed them for ME2.
