The measure of an individual can be difficult to discern by DLC's alone.
IT:

If I choose the renegade option in the end of overlord, in ME3 i get some data from dr. Archer from the project Overlord, but I can't find how this data affects my war assets. Any1 know any more on this?

I don't have that DLC, so I'm just going by what the wikia says: Dr. Gavin Archer will join the Crucible project and bring War Assets worth 25.
If you save David Archer, he adds 5 to Kahlee Sanders' War Asset entry.

If David is around on Grissom, he unlocks the armory for you. That is good for a weapon upgrade (extra Mattock or Eviscerator depending on your loadout), and one of the SR Piercing Mods.
