I've just bought access to the Cerberus network via the Bioware website, but can't seem to find the necessary redemption code *anywhere*. And it's all BioWare and Steam want, really.
Anybody know where I should be looking? I checked my email, looked through all the tabs in my profile... don't know much else where to look. I'd love to get this sorted as I've just dropped close to 40 dollars on Cerberus and DLC.
Thanks, sincerely, in advance for any help I may receive here, but in the event any mods are looking: the Cerberus network, even if I weren't having this hiccup is a very poorly-optimized way to distribute content to your customers. Especially considering that it was implimented during the golden age of one-click steam-enabled DLC add-ons. And your game is on Steam.
Where is my Cerberus code?

Are you asking where your dlc is?? if so then here... http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
Once you go to that page, dl your dlc, and save it, then install and ingame connect with your email and password(without special characters) to the Cerberus Laptop on the main screen of the game. Once it opens you have then authorized the dlc you just dl'd and installed.
If you are talking about a code with a game you purchased, then it should either be in the box or in an email received from the digital retailer.
