Back when I redeemed the code on my Bioware Account, it never showed up on my list and could never get it to download. Since ME3 is about to come out, i decided to try and get it to show up on my downloaded list to use in ME3, any advice or am I SOL?

i contact EA support they dont have the code any more.

I did contact them, the person just added it to my account.
