My favorite non-ME one is Deekin from Neverwinter Nights (Shadows of Undrentide/Hordes of the Underdark expansions). He ultimately is what Jar Jar Binks SHOULD HAVE been like to not be an annoying ass.

Favorite ME character? Too many to count. There's a lot of great ones. Wrex, Garrus, Liara, Tali, Captain/Admiral Anderson, Joker, Captain Kirrahe, Commander Shepard him/herself, etc.

IMO Jar Jar Binks wasn't even the most annoying character in episode 1. That rather dubious accolade would go clearly to anakin skywalker in what was possibly the worst casting decision of all time. The kid was just too young, didn't have the right look, couldn't act and had stupid lines. His character was the problem with that movie, not Jar-Jar.

If I can only pick one for each game, they'd be:
Favourites:
ME1- Garrus
ME2- Mordin
DAO- Sten
DA2- Carver
NWN- Daelan Red Tiger

But I also love Tali, EDI, Joker, Grunt and Thane from ME1 & 2. Shale and Dog from DAO. Linu & Tomi from NWN.

I also oddly really liked Jaroth (the Eclipse merc leader on Omega) for the short time he was there. XD

 KotOR - Jolee Bindo, funny..

Dragon Age - Sten, he might have been expressionless but it was nice to see how he progressed from a person of few words to being able to tell you many things.

Mass Effect - Saren Arterius, because at the end, if you had enough paragon/renegade, he had the will to control himself again. That probably is extemely hard to do.

Mass Effect 2 - Grunt, his dossier in LotSB was funny and showed how much of a child he really is.
Also Thane because "Kolyat, I've taken many bad things out of the world. You're the only good thing I ever added to it."

And my favorite Mass Effect 3 character might end up being Kaidan.
