A couple of weeks ago I decided I would replay
ME1 to refresh my memory for ME3 but I had a hard time finding and
installing the DLC.
First of all the link for Bring down the Sky was broken (Maybe temporarily) and had to download it from a 3rd party.
Then I couldn't get a working Serial number for it so I contacted EA support, and this is what they had to say i.imgur.com/b3p6q.png Part 1

Since EA support seems to be so unwilling to help I wonder if BW could add ME1 DLC on BSN WITH working Serial keys.

ME1 tech forum has a thread with BDtS info and on the last pages has the "standard" key EA has said to use.
It also has links to official DL location.
