Yes they've been out for awhile. You should refresh your email inbox regularly.

i got the card from gamestop early when i went in an ask about my preorder, for the charm and ring. the clerk said oh i got these in. you can have one now. which was nice of him considering he didnt have to mention they had em yet, or open the package up. they must of just arrived.

I got the Gamestop Preorders.

Also got the lucky stone email (which is tied to your account, no code needed)

Got the Dragon Age Journey ones as well (Same thing, tied to your account no codes)

Its worth to note, that that journeys and creator items are tied to your login account when you play the game (yes even on 360) you log in with your account and thats how you get your items. there are no codes.

In order to unlock the journey items you just need to log in with the account you used on DA: Journeys, once you get the game. If there are any problems I suspect it will be for people with seperate e-mails used for journey unlocks and the character creator ring. *fingers crossed*

StormbringerGT, do you mean to say you got an email saying you'll get the lucky stone? Because I haven't gotten one...

Yeah I got one for My Dalish elf and it said some things about Dalish elves and a few tips. Again though the email doesnt contain a code or anything. I also imagine you'd still get the stone when you log in with your account that you used to upload your character, even if you didn't get the email.

EDIT

I can forward it to you if you want to take a peek at it. Maybe check your spam box?

Is there a way to check/ensure that an EA account has been linked with a Bioware account? I can login to these forums with both just fine so I'm a bit confused.

I got a similar e-mail about a human noble character I created.  I think all you have to do is upload a character from your game to this website and then login to the game using the same ID.  The whole thing is a way to connect the game to the website, thus probably drumming up ad revenue in the process.

I had that same problem, which I created a topic about, and all I got in response was some snarky sh*thead implying I was dumb.

Glad to know I'm not the only one with that issue, hopefully the email isn't necessary.

I also haven't got any mail about lucky stone, and I upload my characters for ages. You definitely are not alone.

However, today I got e-mails with codes for all the extra items from DDE I ordered from EA Store. No core-game yet, neither nor my lucky stone.

I thought Amazon was supposed to send them when the game shipped...but mine shipped Saturday...hopefully all the codes and linked things will show up on the OFFICIAL release day.

The game.co.uk site says that their preorder items will be sent through email on release day. Its the journeys and lucky stone items I'm concerned about.

It's been said elsewhere, that in order to get the email for the Journeys items and the Character creator upload, you have to have opted in to the EA newsletter when you signed up. If you didn't, you'll never see the email, but the items are all still tied to your account.

yeah, they screwed the pooch on the email thing.

I'm pretty sure people select "no" to avoid spam, not things that are directly relevant to their game and account.

They did the same kind of thing with Battlefield  Heroes.
