Developed by Klei entertainment who also created the Shank series.

Appears to be a 2D style in similar to Shank (Animation style) but more focused on Stealth, traps, and evasion.

Not much so far but ahs an interesting website.

Currently appears to be apart of Summer of Arcade for XBox 360 but I hope they bring it to PC as well.
