I have found the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer to be almost unbearable to play as of late. With all the ****s who enjoy trolling by abusing the Ready button or the noobs who join Silver  and then leave during Wave 2 after hey are slaughtered seven timse in as many second it is becoming unbearable. there is no challenge in Bronze anymore iwth every charater being Level 12 or higher and I can't find a half decent Silver/Gold Challenge no matter how or when or where  I try. Couple this with the god awful connection issues and the ****ty EA "Ooh yeah we are a world famous company who have made billions of pounds of money by selling great games yet some how can't afford dedicated server" servers and I haven't been able to get a decent game in since Saturday. I'mm telling you this is BS! Don't create a masterpiece of multiplayer like ME3s and feed it to us using the most ****ed up matchmaking algorithm and some of the worst servers imaginable! This BS has to stop...

And oh yeah how come the North Americans have no issues with these yet the other 98% of the world does? Honestly it seems at times like the fanbase are spoonfeeding the developers (like iwth character balance) and that the devs are too busy making pretty picture and writing funny stupid little comedicarticles like "Ooooh this turrets loves you! OMGBBQ<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3:wub::wub::wub::wub:!!!!!!!!"

Seriously focus on stuff that matters rather than stuff that doesn't! ME3 has the potential to become the greatest multiplayer I have ever experienced if you fix theese TINY details that make the whole thing almost unbearable! Please BioWare let tomorrow be the LAST maintenance you need to do until at least the ful game comes out!

Make friends, play with friends.

I have several BSN'ers on my Origins friendlist that I play with. When I find cool people on MPin random lobbies, I'll add them so I can play with them again.

Avoid the morons. It'll make life better.

Gee.... I never thought about that... like I said teh matchmaker has a tendency to oplace you with morons and if you choose to create your own you are in danger of doing the entire run undermanned and at a disadvantage (3 gys on Gold is hard when you lack a Slaraian Infiltrator...)

As for te making friends I signed up to that "Gold Formulation" thread. Put my Gamertag in almost every "Help me do Silver" thread" and even add that Archerboy guy but for some reason he forot to create the game.. :pinched:

I live in North America and everything is great imo. Also, North America has about 7% of the world's population living here and our continent is about 15% of the world's land area.

That means only 93% of the world could have issues with Mass Effect 3 multiplayer if we exclude everyone in North America, not the 98% you claim in your post.

Yeah but those games usuallly suck... like I can live without Gears of War's HordE Mode because it is-for the most part-extremely predictable-however when ME3 comes out you will be randomly placed in one of 6-15 diffferent maps with a range of 3-5 different enemy factions (If BioWare decide to capitalise on the obvious enemy factions like Mercs and Collectors....) with what I would assume would be a wider array of mission as hacking a Repaper database and claiming a Husk is "High Level Enemy Personel" are quite possibly two of the most absurdest things ever..

To that end many people see the MP as the only real draw to the game for them and if BioWare don't fix these little issues like getting Dedicated Servers (not a 100% fix but it helps) and establishing servers clsoer to other hemispheres then they would improve MP overall and that is something they truly do need.

EA has form with other games in terms of poor connection in Europe, sadly don't expect this to be fixed for full version

If you don't have your set people to play gold with, it IS annoying to no minor degree.

In a game without skill rankings, you're going to occasionally meet people who are godawfully bad. Only thing you can do is deal with it and try to pick up the slack. (Even in games that feature skill rankings, some people will just buy high-ranked accounts to artificially inflate their e-peen, so there's no real way to always be paired with equally skilled players).

As for the Ready button complaint, I have yet to see a single person who refused to ready up for no reason that wasn't kicked from the game by the other players in two minutes or less, nor have I seen anyone who wasn't willing to use the kick button when needed.

I have had some connection problems (btw, getting logged out just after completing a tenth wave on silver or gold and getting no reward may just push my sanity over the edge) but you're always gonna get a grab bag of players. I've seen bad ones but i've also learned how to play better with new classes by watching really good ones. I've only run into one full on troll-******, who was mic trolling, but generally not too bad.
The ready button does occasionally drive me crazy, esp if i wanna knock out a quick bronze. What could possibly be taking so long?

This. I also tend to look for potential teammates that have voice. Every single guy on my friendslist has a mic, or is just really cool to talk to.

Don't hit the ready button if the lobby is on silver/gold and you have a low level. Kick the low level, done.

The best way to find a good game is: Leave lobby, search new quick match, leave lobby, search new quick match, till you get what you want. It takes a few trys.

Matchmaker only puts 4 ppl together in new searches, hardly ever in existing lobbies.

Sadly, this is very true.

My experience has been mostly pretty good, at least as far as player interactions go. Sure, some people take forever in the lobby, but I give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they're unlocking stuff in the store (that's why I sometimes drag my feet).

Yes, some players are lacking in tactical sense (like lone wolves who run off and get themselves killed, or people who refuse to get in range for a hacking), but I think a lot of this can be mitigated my use of a mic. Mine's seemingly busted right now, but I'll definitely be getting it replaced.

Most players sound like 10 year old girls to me, but they're mostly good kids. If you do happen to get stuck with real jerks/idiots/slowcoaches you can always bail out, or suffer through a game and switch lobbies afterwards. It's not the end of the world. Honestly though, I do like the community for the most part. I've been invited to Xbox live parties by people (strangers) I've played with and we've rolled through 3 or more games together just because we played well together.

A few things:

1. yes I do know American is more than 2% of the Earth... I was in a rage at the time I wrote this becausE I had played for 1 hour and not gotten a match outside of one with some idiot who like I said spammed RT and a Level 1 Noob "Leader" who decided to ragequit two waves in causing everyone to disconnect.

2. I try kicking both these kinds of ass wholes but 1 kick isn't enough... (i.e. your teammates don't)

3. Leaving the lobby more often than not just condemns you to another 10 minutes of matchmaking hell where EA somehow loses your connection 20 times... yet can regain it 4 seconds later...

It's these goddamn american based serves that aren't even dedicated... EA is a billion dollar cheapskate, rip off company who won't even spend a little money to help their current fanbase and would instead rather bring out Fifa Street 752... Honestly EA makes money of releasing THE EXACT SAME GAME AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Yet with the money they make instead of using it to fix issues in CURRENT games they will happily lie around and play in that big pile of papers...

More like a desperate call for EA to fix the noticeable issues in the game.... I rarely added anyone otehr then my closest friends until this game came out... you kinda need to add people you wouldn't ****** on if they were on fire JUST to get a half decent team...

Have you ever tried to play War for Cybertron on PC? Trust me, you'll come back to ME3 in five minutes tops.
