I found this on eBay. I'm not sure if it's been posted..

Someone is selling a Space Edition copy of ME3 for $400.

http://www.ebay.com/...8#ht_500wt_1282

I'm 99% sure this person isn't allowed to do this so hopefully someone at Bioware will see this and put an end to it.

It saddens me that a person like this got it, instead of a true fan.

Thanks.

The person owns it so they can sell it if they want. Why would BioWare consider this bad for them?

Sad that someone will buy it, even though its not even a CE, and even though there is only 7 days till release.

IT COSTS FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAZ TO PLAY ME3 EARLY...FOR 12 SECONDS!
Anyways, I think it is kinda sad that people try selling off their copy, instead of a true fan getting it. What can you do, unless this is against the thing they signed and bioware goes after them...then we can laugh.

Each person who obtained a Space Edition had to sign an NDA. I'm pretty sure this violates the contract unless the seller on eBay is going to make the buyer sign an NDA also. (HA!)

Have a superior copy pre-ordered, if I found a copy in my tree in the morning you bet your ass I would sell it.

400 dollars? People don't know how to barter in this day and age.

Oh noes I signed something! I am now unable to do anything. LOOL let me tell ya there's those of us out there where signing a piece of paper means absolutely nothing.

I thought the space edition had like special colored cases, plus didn't think the SF space editions where recovered.

This makes me wish the "Space Editions" actually went into space...as in, put on top of an Atlas (rocket. not the mech.), blasted into orbit, melted on re-entry space. That way no one could pull bs like this. But alas, that wouldn't make for the same marketing and launch costs are still through the roof...

Still remember this:
Early MW3 on Ebay

Adding in the delivery time, that is only one day earlier than everyone else would have to play it. Insane.

This Kotaku article from earlier today is relevant to this thread: kotaku.com/5888619/early-mass-effect-3-winners-may-have-jumped-into-legal-hot-water

Also, EA/Bioware can definitely have eBay take down that person's listing. Won't prevent 'em from selling it other ways or relisting with another account though.

I thought the copies from the San Francisco launch were unrecuperateable? So I'm guessing that means someone was able to get their hands on them?

Knew this was going to happen.  If I were as rich as Warren Buffet....nah, still wouldn't buy it.  ;)

Like somebody said earlier, wish a real true fan would've gotten that copy instead and not just some ****s trying to make money off the good will of BW.

That article was interesting to read, but seriously only 30% of the raffle for charity and the rest they get to keep, not sure how i feel about that.
