whoever bought that game for 400 dollars deserves to lose that much money.
the game is out next week and why pay so much before then?

For a purist that *TRIES* to avoid as many spoilers as possible so they can enjoy the game entirely, I'd say it's more than trivial.AxisEvolve wrote...
Of all the things to cry about you pick the most trivial thing that you possibly could. Congrats.
Although, I'm sure you're one of those people that doesn't give a **** about spoilers so I'm sure you don't know the meaning of the word trivial in this instance.
I didn't know about the Prothean at all until about 3 weeks ago, and somehow managed to avoid learning his name. It may not be devastating, but it takes away from the shock value, which is something I have come to enjoy from the Mass Effect games. I know, I'm old fashioned.

You're obviously aware that there is a Prothean squadmate by now. Knowing his name doesn't spoil anything for you. It tells you nothing about his backstory, nothing about his personality, nothing about what he says or does. It's not even 100% confirmed that Javik is his name.SpectreSaren wrote...

So just drop it. No one is interested in this exchange of words.

Everyone is talking about the NDA but the thing is everyone did not sign it,some left with a game before signing the NDA and this guy probably found one of the SF ones an didn't sign the NDA either. They can't do anything to anyone who did not sign.
Pretty much. They could probably demand the return of their game, but if we start charging people for breaking rules they never read for a contest they didn't even know existed there'll be no end to the abuse that will follow.

Spotted on twitter yesterday that a group of people went back to the tree the first bunch of copies got stuck in, and actually climbed it, retrieving the whole bundle of ME3 copies for themselves. I.E they did not sign anything from Bioware. Heres a pic

Just another reason why this PR thing (That luckily ends after tomorrows Balloon launch) is just BS and can cause unessecary consequences for the fans.

I knew this would happen. EA should've hired professionals to retrieve the copies the next day or day after that the latest, not let them just sit there.Greyfox84 wrote...
