I'm surprised there aren't more. They would be naive to not see this coming.

I too would take the $400 instead of playing it a week early.

Like somebody said earlier, wish a real true fan would've gotten that copy instead and not just some ****s trying to make money off the good will of BW.

Marketing campaign = good will in your mind? Damn I should have got my marketing major to exploit people with simple minds.

Like someone above said, I have the CE edition waiting. If I found a copy in my tree, I would probably give it to my buddy on the 6th.

It's free publicity. Why would bioware be concerned about this? Wasn't that the whole point of this stunt?

That article was interesting to read, but seriously only 30% of the raffle for charity and the rest they get to keep, not sure how i feel about that.

Thats what was\\is illegal.  And pretty selfish and a dick move.

The funny thing is, others who won the space-edition already are playing, so if you bought this, you wouldn't even be the first (outside of bioware/ea etc) to play or something, if you even got it before it is out in stores.

Oh noes I signed something! I am now unable to do anything. LOOL let me tell ya there's those of us out there where signing a piece of paper means absolutely nothing.

It will mean something when your ass gets thrown in jail.

LOL nice to see people that live in this world where signing something is the end all be all of existence, and no my confused friend I can GURANTEE you wouldn't see my ass in jail. You probably think an online TOS is rock solid as well....lmao.

as a person who knows almost nothing about the law I advise you to exercise your right to remain silent, and I'd also advise you to take this seriously because it is a legally binding contract and violations are taken extremely seriously.

but you know, what do I know.

I like how it's only the game for $400 for 7 days early (NOT to mention shipping time), and not the space edition collectable stuff.

Each person who obtained a Space Edition had to sign an NDA. I'm pretty sure this violates the contract unless the seller on eBay is going to make the buyer sign an NDA also. (HA!)

When and where did they sign this NDA?, you are assuming the seller even signed, here I am, someone who finds a space edition, I rush off home and put it on ebay, nothing signed, no agreements made, my product to sell.

You'd risk a large fine and potential jail time to make a few hundred dollars?

I was under the impression that Bioware moderated and tracked every Space Edition.

The seller is simply exploiting the simple minded frothing fan who will pay extra for some ethereal game status of owning something others dont have.

So...whos buying a CE edition, and who is selling that to you.

now thats a ROFLMAO point.

It saddens me that a person like this got it, instead of a true fan.

This kinda bothered me when they first announced that they were launching space editions...

I would probably play it as I doubt you would sell it for much more then $100, hardly worth it. However maybe he doesn't have a ps3? I really don't see a problem with him selling it and I don't really understand why some people are so bent out of shape about it.

Bioware distributed all the Space Editions. They made everybody sign a NDA before they handed out the game. They're not that stupid.

they do only the ones that  turn in the  games  for swag and the game i am betting that guy that selling the game is the same one that stole the 8 ps3 and 4 xbox games that was missing from the case in las vegas   or did golden orsirus ever get back to us if he ever got that case that was hanging on clif side

Back in the 90s I was in the White Horse Tavern in NYC one night, and a sales rep came in to show the bar manager the latest new alcoholic beverage, trying to convince him to order some. Some suit at the bar paid the sales rep $200 for one of the sample bottles, so he could be the first guy in NYC to drink it.

That wonderful new product? Zima.

At least with ME3 you'll probably be getting something good.
