A bigger problem is bioware a Canadian company didn't even launch a game in Canada tisk tisk. Although it would probably just get lost in the woods somewhere lol

....so one person has crapped on their copy, and another is selling it for a crazy high price...

....why do these people involve themselves in getting the games in the first place?

There's a large chance it's the same copy.

yeah you be surpised that they would buy it may be one those people that just buy the super rare things and never touches it , then again he has no proof that its a actual copy of a spqce edition no paper work to prove it and or might just been photoshoped.

Honestly what does it matter? People participated in a contest, won an item, they now own that item and can sell it if they want. If you want to be the morality police send the seller a message directly. Plus someone has to buy it and it might be worth $400 to that person.

Also that is a PS3 copy, what if the seller doesn't have a PS3? Should they hold on to the game, buy a brand new console or just hand it to you directly because you are clearly the superior fan of Mass Effect?

oh i dont know, the same sort of loon who goes chasing a "space" copy round the country so they can get a "special" version.
while it costs them over $400 in expenses to actually get a copy.

besides,if any here complaining were actual "true" fans they would have bid for it by now.

what people havent caught onto by now is it might get bought by the thieving crowd who will have it ripped and posted on the net sooner than if they bought a store copy to distribute illegally.
now...would bioware be that stupid ?

Each person who obtained a Space Edition had to sign an NDA. I'm pretty sure this violates the contract unless the seller on eBay is going to make the buyer sign an NDA also. (HA!)

When and where did they sign this NDA?, you are assuming the seller even signed, here I am, someone who finds a space edition, I rush off home and put it on ebay, nothing signed, no agreements made, my product to sell.

Bioware distributed all the Space Editions. They made everybody sign a NDA before they handed out the game. They're not that stupid.

Evidence?

Talking with CMMDRSkyShep. She was at the Vegas balloon.

problme is they asked what version you wanted  at the contest most people choose what console they played on
