I'd ebay it instantly as well and make a ton of cash.

You'd risk a large fine and potential jail time to make a few hundred dollars?

Each person who obtained a Space Edition had to sign an NDA. I'm pretty sure this violates the contract unless the seller on eBay is going to make the buyer sign an NDA also. (HA!)

When and where did they sign this NDA?, you are assuming the seller even signed, here I am, someone who finds a space edition, I rush off home and put it on ebay, nothing signed, no agreements made, my product to sell.

I was under the impression that Bioware moderated and tracked every Space Edition.

they do only the ones that  turn in the  games  for swag and the game i am betting that guy that selling the game is the same one that stole the 8 ps3 and 4 xbox games that was missing from the case in las vegas   or did golden orsirus ever get back to us if he ever got that case that was hanging on clif side

None of the games were missing. Each balloon was supposed to have 3 Xbox copies and one PS3.

Honestly what does it matter? People participated in a contest, won an item, they now own that item and can sell it if they want.

It matters because I am the savior of impulse buyers and teh defender of the internets.

I'm so sorry my lord, I didn't recognize you!

400? What type of crazy person would buy it?

collectors. Do you know that rare NES cartridges go for up to 20000 USD nowadays.

yes but most collectors have some discernible proof that it what they say it is:police:

and this one does. Its a unique code shipped with the game.

are we sure i never saw anything different about the codes they  said in the unpacking that was a standard edition sku code which means there is really nothing to say he  has one unles of course they have a lc in the space ones for the ashes

Why, because he is smart enough to recognize the value of what he has?, heck if he gets the $400, assuming he already pre-ordered the CE, this will pay for it with a lot of change to spare.

You'd be surprised. I don't doubt someone would happily pay that much just to get it early.

No matter what happens with it all it is a good marketing hype, the selling of the games and the raffle and such, no such thing as bad publicity when you want to get some awareness of the product out there, and with such a short period until release i could not care about 1 guy trying to sell it on Ebay.

I have my preorder set and i have stocked up on bioware points because im a *DLCoholic, so now i just need to sort out my schedule so i can play ME3 with out interruptions when it is available.

The person who picked up the game had seen his/her opportunity to sell the game for a profit and good for him/her too bad for the slower people out there also looking for the game but it was a contest first come first serve so to speak.

also, I dont know if this appeals case has been appealed itself, but buyers/winners no longer own software, and cant put it on ebay. It hasnt been used against games on Ebay, but it doesnt mean it cant.
