I'm immensely curious about BW's reaction to this.

He'd have probably bought the one that someone took a crap on, for twice the cost.

Selling an item you own for currency? Yes, it has been for at least 3 months now.

It's vague in the affidavit we had to sign, thus why I wouldn't feel comfortable re-selling it.

Yeah he'd take it home to show his "wife" and then put it on the mantle between his N7 armor and his "Shepard holding a gun" photo.

Freak.

I don't have a PS3. If I was in his position you can be damn sure I'd sell it.

...although maybe not actually, it'd be pretty awesome just to say you own one of those. Even if you can't play it. Still he should be able to do what he wants with the game: it is his after all.

I don't know why anyone would bother buying the thing though, by the time it arrives in the mail you might get it a day early.

No, but I'm still shocked that someone actually bought it for $400 a day. That's more than I pay for rent one month!

Wait a minute.
Were these recovered in the SF launches?
Is it possible this seller never even signed the agreement?

I'm kinda with this line of thought.  It sure doesn't affect you so why would you care what a person does with their copy or if a person decides to blow $400 for a copy early?

I found this on eBay. I'm not sure if it's been posted..

Someone is selling a Space Edition copy of ME3 for $400.

http://www.ebay.com/...8#ht_500wt_1282

I'm 99% sure this person isn't allowed to do this so hopefully someone at Bioware will see this and put an end to it.

It saddens me that a person like this got it, instead of a true fan.

Thanks.

They can do this

Nothing wrong with making a little profit.
