What will be the enemy factions in Multiplayer? I know there's Cerberus, Husks, and Geth, but is there anyone else? I'd like to see the return of Eclipse and Blue Suns. Cerberus seems to rely on solely physical technology, so there are no biotic or tech enemies. I'd love to fight Eclipse Vanguards and Engineers again.

The 3 you mentioned OP is whats in currently to are knowledge. I can't see much of the other stuff showing up. Keep in mind BioWare has setup this multiplayer to actually be in line with the games actual lore. So fighting anything else that's not part of the actual galactic war of 'oh noes, the Reapers are here' probably wont be included.
Least not with out it being some partial-joke DLC some games do... though haven't seen BioWare do joke DLC/Mods before.

I can see Eclipse, Blue Suns and Blood Pack added as DLC. Probably with more unique archetypes. Like Blood Pack Bloodguards with huge amounts of Shields and Armor as well as Biotic abilities and Eclipse Sharpshooters with Snipers and cloaking abilities.
