People keep saying you can handle it through text chat, yet people don't, and they don't want OOC in text chat anyway.

I was not having fun waiting for people to move out then watching them rush into battle without buffs. I was not having fun trying to type real fast before dialog gets intiated which swamps out whatever I have to say.

Also, in PWs, it takes awhile to find a group to play with.

Well, if you want to talk about what's fun, I wasn't having fun with a certain player breaking the immersion by constantly opening the party window to add a crafter, or by being more interested in selling some loot than in playing the module in the little time we had, or by repeteadly trying to rest in zones with wandering enemies...

It can be perfectly done with text chat, but how many buffs did we have anyway? I find kinda ironic how you care about buffs, yet you didn't mind trying to rest in the open over and over, exposing yourself to the most dangerous enemies we had found so far, unbuffed.

Anyway, the second day wasn't so bad in that regard. And I don't have a problem with OOC text, I just said that I try to use it only when necessary.

I can't get the gem bags/scroll cases to work; when I put an gem/scroll in them, it says "you cannot place items of that type into this container".
Potions bags do work though.
I'm loving the game btw!

Those are all good reasons why we needed VOIP. You can't have immersion with people running around and not communicating.

And, resting, stores,, and buffs are all playing the module. If you guys didn't want to play the module, you should have said so sooner than 15 minutes before the session ends.
