Hello,

I've tried and failed to find any resolution to this issue. When I first got Dragon Age 2, I registered it to this account, and recieved the Black Emporium DLC. I also purchased the Exiled Prince. I recently started playing it again, but I now have a new BSN account. I purchased Legacy and Mark of the Assassin, but mistakenly did so on my new account. Now, in Dragon Age II, when I logged in on my new account, I find myself unable to load my save game, because it says I don't have access to the Black Emporium or the Exiled Prince.

After over an hour of time spent with EA Live Chat, I was told that there was no resolution to this problem, due to "policy," with no further detail given. I was then told to go to help.ea.com, which of course is completely worthless.

Is there really no way around this, through BioWare or EA? I feel like I'm making a completely reasonable request, and I was quite polite throughout the conversation with tech support. I've paid for all of this content, and would very much like to be able to play it. I'd even settle for having the purchases refunded and having the BioWare points added back to my account.

Has anyone had this problem? I could really use some help here. I hope I didn't just waste $20.

Whatever DLC is purchased with the account the game links to on load or the one you log into the game with is what you have. If you want it all in one game, you have to own it all on one account. Now a good rep might be able to grant one account or the other the DLC from the other and, remove the empty account but, that's up to the rep, it is not, as far as I know, EA or Bioware policy to do anything except tell you to buy the stuff with whatever account you want it on - buy it again.

That's more or less what I was told... I'm not sure who else to talk to.

EDIT: Just to clarify, this is the new account.

I will have to call them... I've gotten fantastic service from Masood, awful service from another guy whose name I forget, and then Prashant was the one who couldn't help me with this problem, but was very polite. I will try calling them, thank you for the tip.
