I think us "renegades" (though I don't speak for everyone) are enjoying ourselves watching the world burn around us, we might've already been burned but I guess it's kind of fun seeing that we won't burn alone.

Huh?  ME games were never that long.  I can burn through ME2 in far less than a weekend if I tried.

As for the legitimacy of the endings?  They match the descriptions in the leaked script so I don't doubt them at this point.  The script only had one ending where Shep lived too and it was the super Paragon ending that is very hard to get apparently.

One guy has the space edition and he confirmed that the LI issue is in the game . Oh its real and this place is going to burn to the ground in the hell Bioware caused

it is possible to run through the game in that time once or twice but to have all the endings done with all the different shepards not so much in my view.

Holy. Now that was unexpected. People in General said that it was depressing, but to THAT extent?

On the one hand, it's far more interesting and non-conventionnal than the endings we got in the series so far, hell in any Bioware game.

On the other hand... Did they have to be so brutal about it? Shepard ends up either dead or alone for his life? Crew standed or dead? Billions dead? Mass Relays malfunctioning? Citadel potentially destroyed? Jesus christ. I can appreciate not wanting a fluffy bunnies ending when Reapers are in the picture, but that's taking things a bit too far imo. And while I don't much care for the romance stuff, having only 3 of them matter in the ending IS going to cause a ****storm of collossal proportions. I guess I'm good since I only ever romanced Ashley or Liara. But if this turns out to be true, Talimancers will probably suicide bomb Bioware,s headquarters or something.

This is... wow. Need to give it some thought. Again, I kinda admire their sheer guts, but they probably went too far in this.

It seems like they may have let their association with Star Wars get carried away. Are we sure George Lucas didn't have anything to do with these endings? It certainly seems like they got the que from the "Han Solo and Greedo bar scene" or some of the other atrocities commited to that franchise.

Edit: After giving it a lot of thought, I'm retracting this comment as well as others I made earlier in this thread.

wait one min Star Wars had a real ending in Episode 6 . This is a studio who did one Star Wars game thought oh hey it would be cool if we rip off Star Wars and Star Trek . well guess what Bioware you can't rip off icons like those 2 and come up with some good . They came up with a big pile og dog S for a franchise . I pray Lucas Arts never allows this studio any where close to the Star Wars Ip ever again

BW doesn't give F*uck what you accept, I don't have the problem with the game it self, I will be enjoying it, till the final battle were we are actually so screwed even Jesus can't help us, my beef is with the endings, this game has been in development for 2 years and this is how they decide to end it?
Well someone over in BW writing team, wasn't bothered enough to write bittersweet ending, instead they decide they will go for full character killing spree, stuff.

Yeah but the endings mostly hinge on your very last decision so you can just reload and choose differently.  You just need a Paragon and a Renegade play throuugh really.
