I have bought loads of Veteran Packs, and on my equipment screen, I see that I have many medigels, rockets, etc., but I can never use these in-match (The d-pad does nothing, and it always shows that I have 0 of each item). Am i missing something?

I too have had the same problem since I bought the starter pack. However I can still use health packs (insta-shield+health). I dont mind it that much but lately, Ive been playing gold and its nearly impossible to survive gold w/o missiles and medigels. I have like 90 missiles and medigels accumulated over the weeks and its really annoying watching other people revived themselves and one hit atlases. Can a bioware staff member look into this. My PSN is Vorakalista, not sure about Origin account because i dont recall it asking me to register.

I have the same exact issue my friends. Unfortunately, I wrote to EA customer support and this is what they say:

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced due to this issue. I have looked into your issue and found that it is a game play or in-game issue and you have reached technical support.
I am really sorry but I have no gameplay information that I can offer to assist you. Although many of our games are very technical in nature or difficult to play, the issue you are encountering is not with the game. You can find some gameplay information at http://www.ea.com/tips/

I have like 255 Survival Ops pack and it's been alright during bronze, I'm just afraid that when I try to play silver/gold I won't be able to keep up with my team mates.
Would someone look into this please? It's more than just 1 person who is having this issue!
