In multiplayer gunfire has taken a backseat to powers, which makes gufire oriented classes like the soldier underpowered. In addition, could there be a way to reallocate character points, I done goofed with my engineer build.

Bullets aren't nerfed... you just need to specialize your character into increased weapon damage.
And Human Soldier's adrenaline rush is awesome, it auto-reloads weapons. Putting down 80 avenger rounds down the field, feels good, man!
