Mostly quarian engineer and Human vanguard / Krogan warrior / Salarian Infiltrator.
The races I think is best for each class:
Adept: Asari
Soldier: Krogan
Engineer: Quarian
Infiltrator: Salarian
Vanguard: Human
Sentinel: Turian

1. Salarian Infiltrator (proximity mine is like a grenade)
2. Asari Adept (as a support, to weak to fight solo IMO)

Female Human Sentinel.
Umh... Really? I'm the only one who likes her?

Human Engineer, Human Soldier, I like to mash quickkeys and can only cope with a simple character.

Vanguard for real
Salarian infil for medals
so bad in a recent game I got 4 gold medals (headshot kills melee grabs) and ready to get more (assist and weapon) but got fricking disconnected
Talking about gold, silver is more or less a cake now

I just unlocked the widow finally and I never want to leave my Salarian infiltrator. Unless I'm playing bronze where I'll be my Krogan soldier to smash everything. My human vanguard and Asari are pretty fun and useful as well.

Krogan soldier:
So much fun to play, carnage plus assault rifle
spray and pray for ranged enemy suppression.
Rage/melee for insane laughter (in and out of
game). Groups are lots of fun with a Krogan
around.
Human Vanguard:
The emotes! Plus a very strong and fun class
to play. Riskier on silver, but still fun. I wouldn't
even try to pug gold for this class. Probably needs
a good group that is built to use a vanguard for
success on gold.
Human or Salarian infiltrator:
My human is built for cqc, salarian for sniper rifle.
As good as the Salarian is, I find sticky grenades
to be just as fun. Also, there are times when the
close quarters combat built infiltrator is clearly
better, others the sniper build.
Asari adept:
Played as more of a support class, with the extra
damage debuff stasis (no bubble). This class is awesome
with 1 or 2 aggressive gun classes that take down the
debuffed enemies fast. Every gcd, is a new stasis target.
It's every bit as good with an aggressive vanguard that
uses the stasis to create biotic explosions. The explosion
spreads the debuff, the nova detonates the spread stasis
debuffs. I'd probably place this class equal with krogan in
a good group.
Probably the last position here is due to mostly pugging.
In newer, uncoordinated groups, I usually end up doing
the typical stasis/headshot thing. Also fun, especially
on silver. But not as fun as being part of a very integrated
group that aggressively leverages the stasis debuff.

I jacked up my Human Vanguard's build pretty badly since she was my first class and I was experimenting with it...
But yeah, on Gold I play Salarian Infiltrator. I've got Asari Adept built to order, but I find the Salarian can carry bad players easier.
On silver, my favorites are the Quarian Engineer (cryo explosion + flame turret FTW) and Krogan soldier. Sometimes I'll take someone with a widow for giggles.
On bronze anything goes.

Obviously Salarian Infiltrator, Asari Adept and Human Engineer. I will occasionally do a silver match with the rest of the classes when I'm bored.

Currently I'm tied between Human Adept (I'd kill for an Asari) and a Quarian Engineer. Both have their strong points.

Asari Adept is definitely the best support class.
Locking down goddamn everything. It's best when people know not to steal kills, because biotic explosion with field stasis and an upgraded warp is sickeningly awesome.

Both Sentinels and Human Engineer. They suit my playstyle and weapon choice the best and I have the most fun with them. Asari Adept is good, but I found it really boring to use her. Salarian Infiltrator is right behind Sentinel and Engineer.

Human engineer - I love locking down crowds with overloads and drones not to mention how quickly things move along when none of the Cerberus goons are packing any shields.
Turian Sentinel - Overload again, it's just so great in ME3, this is the alternative to my squishy engineer. When I want to take a break from spamming powers behind cover I play my turian to pick up an AR and rip through the ranks. I also like how durable he is. Got to be honest though, I'm keeping an eye out for both turian soldier and krogan sentinel once the game comes out. . . they could just move into this spot.
Human adept - When my shockwave doesn't bug out I love playing this class. Sure you have to work at stripping the enemy of defenses first but I think that helps to make the class more rewarding. between shockwaves and singularities you can do some major CC, also the biotic 'sploshions are ten times more flashy imo.

I don't understand all the love the Krogans get.
Just not my thing I guess, I've never liked melee kills in any game.

Salarian Infiltrator is the best class IMO. Brilliant for gold and silver, easy to survive, revive people, complete objectives, take out tough enemies, etc.
For bronze I'd prefer a vanguard.

Salarian Infiltrator by miles. I'm just glad I'll know what to spec in the full game.

Krogan Soldier, Asari Adept, Turian sentinel.
I can pretty much still rage melee my way around a silver round, which is hilarious. I have my doubts about gold though (I haven't tried, saving gold for the real release). Meleeing phantoms to death is amazing, revenge is sweet.
