Hi.
I have i problem that i hope that someone may be able to help me with. My problem is when i am out on a mission and will open a crate or something it says that i have to low Electronics and Decryptions skill.
How do i increase my Electronics and Decryptions skill?

Well, what class are you playing? If it's not an engineer, infiltrator or sentinel, you'll need to drag along a companion with those skills. That being Tali, Kaidan, or Garrus (Liara can work for electronics). If you have the skills there are basically three levels of lock that correspond to basic advanced and master sabotage or overload.
So for a basic lock, you need 1 point in decryption or electronics , for advanced you need 5 and for master you need 9. Which skill depends on the lock. Mostly it's decryption IIRC.
