Because she's the poster girl for ME2 - the game just won't let you get rid of her XD
I think a lot of my hate for her is because I'm coming from a female perspective - if there was a male version with all the same personality I'd get over it and romance in a hearbeat but as a female I just can't stop hating her. Some of the things that come out of her mouth are just... Ugh. It hurts.

umm guess again, she did essentially tell TIM to **** off and resigned from Cerbarus on the Suicide Mission if you brought her with you to fight the human reaper then chose to destroy the ship
