 So I was wondering what the go is with Udina being Councillor in Me3 and in one of the books (not sure which one but it was after Me2). I'd like to know why Anderson stepped down or if he did and it wasn't some political mess!  

Also, in the story in which T.I.M takes over Omega they are using the Collector Base (or whats left of it) to create husk like creatures. If the base was destroyed (and it was a very big explosion) nothing salvagable would have been found surely?

Anyone else know of any plot points that just seem to be chosen for us despite being given the choice in game?
