Anyone able to shed some light on this ?

Is it messed up as in not making sense like in DA2 or is it messed up as in bugged ?

You talking about the actual endings of the game or that other thing with the LI's?

There was a review, dunno who did it again.. sorry. But i Read it facebooks EGMnow.com. That the ME3 ending is a real ending, no plots, no cliffhangers, no nothing.. it just plan stops, awnsered all questions.

However i strongly suggest not reading that review since it contains a lot of spoilers.. Not game braking, but still..

No idea which is why I'm asking. Just stuff people have told me and it's contradictory in places.

I'd rather not at this stage, but this is important after what happened in DA2.

Let's just say it like this: If the spoilers leak on this board big-time, a lot of From the Ashes DLC's will not be sold, and pre-orders cancelled in a non-meme way, because it is the ultimate buzzkill. Would be fully deserved for BioWare, if those spoilers turn out to be true ( which seems about 95% likely from the source ).

It's not like DA2 - your actions alone determine the ending you get, and the story is wrapped up.

That said, I imagine many people will have problems with elements from the ending. I know I did.

You read the endings too LookingGlass?

And for once, I'll be agreeing with what BobSmith has to say about this revelation.

If the leak about the ending/s was true there isn't a strong enough synonym for the severe disappointment I felt. It was not dissimilar to being kicked in the balls; more of a dull ache than a sharp pain, however, because I was expecting something like this.

My own fault.

The endings will greatly annoy, maybe even upset, a lot of people. BSN is going to burn next week.

Well the ending worked but made more sense depending on which faction path you took .

This though sounds really serious like recall serious.

I just want to make it clear this is about technical issues not whether the endings are good or bad.

German magazine Gamestar already had the chance to play through the single-player campagin. They have a preliminary review in their magazine (which subscribers got yesterday). Preliminary because they couldn't test multiplayer yet.
In any case, they said the ending(s) were a worthy finish to a great triology and leave absolutely no loose ends from the previous games. Everything is wrapped up and adressed. So it won't be open ended and with tons of loose ends like DA2 apparently.

That's certainly true I guess.

Oh god I don't even think I'm going to play the game next week and just watch this forum.

Lol...the BSN equivalent of "come to the Dark Side."

Thanks to the OP on this. I haven't touched dragon age 2 since release mainly because I couldn't tell what was glitched and what was the game's logic. I don't know what's being talked about here, nor do I want to know, but I am curious if this is bug issue or just a storytelling issue. If its bugs, I will try to wait out the game til it is patched.

Okay, I managed to completely avoid the spoilerific parts of the forum, but this sounds rather serious...

It leaves no loose ends in the worst possible way.

Im not even going to import my shep as its nothing but a waste of time il just play it once in RPG mode than then delete all my ME saves and start a new ME1 play through than get a notebook and write the rest of my sheps story as ME2 and ME3 are not needed anymore imo.
