Does anyone else feel like this is a new kind of backlash? 
I've lurked around the bioware boards off and on but was too intimidated to post. But after the ending I NEEDED to chat with people about it, and I've seen so many other first time poster posts in this thread. What convinced me to post is that everyone in this thread is so damn positive. For all the stereotypical nerd rage/fanboy whining (does the gaming industry not realize how many women play video games?) being thrown our way it's not the case in reality. For the most part people aren't threatening to rage quit bioware, people are looking for a reason to stay. The backlash isn't we hate you and want you to fail, it's we love you and want you to succeed. Over and over people keep saying how good the game was right up until the space wizard reaper god showed up and all they want is hope that it can be fixed sometime in the future. Not immediately, not even necessarily for free, just admit that the ending failed to give a satisfying conclusion and lets go from there. 
In short Bioware let us love you. We still want to love you. 

This. I personally loved the game right up until the ending. I don't hate Bioware for it. I just wish they'd respond. Places like kokatu just show how bad journalism has gotten. They completely miss the points being made and criticise true fans of the series when the fact of the matter is they probably only picked up 2 and/or 3. We arem't an unreasonable group of fans.

partial but more so Mircosoft and Bioware are to blame...  Kojima did not have any issues with  leaks  with MGS 4.. 

Why is a file with  entire damn script in a beta build of the game any... you got to scrub this stuff..

How come the people who created the Shadow Broker not able to understand that.

I guess I just wonder how much of this would have been avoided if there was no leak

I'm with you, and it seems like everyone is constructed. However, at this point it's on BW. We have been waiting patiently for a statement, I was one of the ones that said they need time to regroup. They've had that time now. I want a statement.

When i finished ME3, it was a very nice ending when i first saw it.
Until you think about it and come to the conclusion that you're missing something.
Then the very sad feeling kicks in.

That's what I've been saying this whole time.  The 180 people are doing is absolutely absurd.

Or is it ? People wanting the perfect ending of the trilogy they played so many years and instead we get this cheesy **** ending... No thanks. I rather pay for a DLC that gives me what i wanted all along or i am done buying BioWare games from now on.

Getting late here. Keeping an eye on this, as it goes along, 1000 pages. Still have hope that BW didn't get replaced by strange alien doubles for the last minutes of the game. Night for now.

I'm torn because although "ending DLC" would be nice given how much I HATED the best endings, I don't know how that makes any long-term business sense. Exactly my thoughts. They keep saying that there is something "in stores" for us on Twitter, but why?? If it is about the ending I feel like it is just a rip off, because they know that a lot of players would buy the content to experience the ending. Really sad.

Alot of it, maybe all of it.. no leaks, no  new endings... but then again  bioware could  have just pressed forward and not changed anything after the leak and just  moved past it.    What ever got us to this point we're here and they need to address this...

They are OBVIOUSLY planning to release SOMETHING monumental. I put my faith in Bioware that it wont be some kind of "take back omega" bull**** DLC either.

They aren't going to address the ending, they're going to continue the game because it hasn't ended yet.

I think the ending was rushed and time constraints had a lot to do with it. I bet there's more then one Bioware employee telling another "I told you those ending were a bad idea."

I was around 3600 ems without playing MP. But I didnt find conrad=300ems, I tell kelly to change identity=100ems and I gave up on galactic exploration after the geth chapter. Sooo I'm playing again, getting those extra ems, hope I get it right

Kelly is only worth 10TMS, so that's 5ems. Conrad is only worth 30tms or 15ems (is he even a war asset? I can't find reference to it anywhere on MEwiki)

I had around 7400tms, which is around 3700ems and I've only seen people with that too (I've played it twice...for my sadness...but I didn't play the ending twice lol)
And I did scan every planet.

That is what we are all hoping for to be honest, if that doesn't happen there are people setting up to hit them up at PAX.
