Oh, just remembered one thing missing from the endings. Where is a lastboss battle? There should be one!

Those 3 banshees and 3 (4?) brutes are pretty difficult on insanity. Not to mention that final marauder; on insanity he's nearly as bad as the human reaper!

Oh yes, we will hold the line!

God morning people, anything new since I went to bed? Did they finally said anything?

I'm interested too!

Nothing concrete yet.

Just more teasing on their twitter account?

Not even. Only other news is the Chipin fund going to Child's Play reaching ungodly amounts of money in a short period of time, Kotaku continuing to be dicks, and Ben Kuchera, the writer of the Penny-Arcade Report, being a dick on Twitter.

Actually there's not much of that anymore as far as I know. We did have an interview stating that Casey Hudson supported the ending, although I don't think we know when he made that statement, so there may still be hope.

New arrival here. Finished the game last night. Couldn't sleep, too frustrated, spent the rest of it brooding over expensive scotch and smoking more cigarettes than TIM on his period.

Not sure how much good all of this'll do now that the cash space cow has been bled and butchered, but I want to add my voice to this movement. Where do I sign up?

The fact that they said they intended the ending to polarise the fanbase to make it unforgettable is deeply cruel, i mean seriously they threw the story out the window just to upset some of us so the game sells more?

The thing is, they didn't polarise the fanbase, they united it. Polarise, to me, implys that half think it is really good, while the other half thinks that it is bad. In this case, the reception to the ending has been overwelmingly negative, resulting in this movement we find ourselves apart of.

I'm with the crowd here.

I LOVED the game. It had some issues but minor ones, like it being a little short, and a few plot holes. I got so attached to my characters it even made me cry when Mordin died. To get me that emotional over pixels is amazing.

THEN I saw the ending... At first I just thought I picked a bad ending, but hey I was saving the galaxy, so i could take the sacrifice by not being with my partner of choice. THEN I see she gets stranded on a remote planet, and the I realize Earth is doomed to starvation since the WHOLE armada is there and will want food too. I basically Killed earth and destroyed the universe because their are no mass relays so planets that import food are doomed. My armada will then starve on earth too.

I think I must have picked the bad one so I load back and play it again. I then realize ALL the endings are the same. I screw up the galaxy no matter what I do!

This has tainted my whole experience. Nothing I did in the game matters, the universe dies no matter what. I literally feel betrayed by this ending. Why would they do this? My only hope is that they intentianlly put a bad ending so people would buy a DLC ending to fix it.  At least then I know it will get fixed.

Only thing I could do to calm down over this outrage is imagine an ending that the mass relays survive, Shepard survives but is permanently injured from his experiances and retires with the love of his life, in my case Tali.

Mass Effect is special because it gets you emotionally invested in the characters and that is why I feel so betrayed because I know that Sheppard's companions have no hope. Most that galaxy has no hope of survival without the mass relays, ESPECIALLY Earth.

I keep trying to play the game a second time, like the did the previous ones but this ending issue prevents me.

Bioware, please fix this, or at least tell us one way or another so we don't have to hold onto hope.

Hoped you packed your camping bags and brought some food, we may be here for a while.

We are seeing this through, even if it takes weeks (month... hopefully not)!

I am at the point I do not care about this game anymore. I want Bioware to refund everyone's money I want every game copy returned to Bioware then all copies burned. Bioware killed Mass Effect for me. It is too late even if they changed the ending now the game is already dead.

It seems they deliberately had the intent of spitting in the face of everyone who had even the slightest liking to this game series. This kills everything for Mass Effect for me. Ironic that there ending had mass effect on my liking of the series.

Have to add I want this game forgotten I want Bioware to shut its doors forrever and be forgotten. Or maybee remebered as the best example of a game company making a bad decission that ended there company. So other game companies can see if you screw people over you loose.

Thank you Bioware for throwing away 5 years of my life ! All hard decision I've made, all beautiful romances I've had, all my team I've built - that all came to nothing. And all what I have now is red/green/blue ending.

Oh yeah, to those who missed it.... The charity jumped to such a high number so quickly because someone donated $10,000.00 all at once. Whoever it is... they are an angel.

The way I see it it is that we're hammering in to remain civil and polite as well as directing the energy we've pint up from our righteous fury over the endings is why things haven't blown up in our faces, instead of sitting and letting the emotions stew and eventually throw us into incoherent fits of rage and violence, we're directing it into positive activities. Charities, forming our own little support group, and more. No matter what people say about us, I will always know the good we have done, and though I may not have donated, I will spread the word, every little bit helps, even if you're on a shoestring budget.

It is and will inevitably have been an honor serving with you lot.
