Ever since I finished the game and was treated with some wonderful space magic endings, the first thing I thought when I woke up the last couple of days is "I wonder if the ending has changed" and "I wonder if Bioware has made any comments about it." However, today when I woke up the first thing I thought is "I wonder how much the charity drive has raised." I'm glad that something good can come out of this from from "spoiled entitled gamers"

No, I'm not serious. Just joking around, trying to keep morale up.
I think we're doing good though. No matter how this turns out, we came together as a community and tried to do something for the series we love so much, as well as other people. I don't want to get all sappy on you, but you should know that all this really helped me fill out the void the last 15 minutes of an otherwise brilliant game left behind.

Also: I like this human. He understands!

Uhhhh, I do not think this was ever part of the story. When in Mass Effect 1 or 2 was the ending open for interpretation? It was always you save the council, you let them die. You destroy the collector base, you set of a Neutron bomb and save the base. Its ridiculous to say there was mystery and interpretation in the previous Mass Effect games.
Also, if this whole thing was planned from the beginning, not giving us a real ending, until the game has been released everywhere it will all be forgiven in my opinion. It just would have been nice for them (Bioware) to tell us this is not the real ending.

It does, of course skyrim never really ends. But the main storyline ending is very satisfying

Hey, just wanted to say that I've never even been on or posted anything on BSN before, but i was so gutted when I finished Mass Effect 3 that I needed to do something to make myself feel better about it and so here I am. I should point out though that I thought that the game was the best I'd ever played (other than Mass Effect 1) until I woke up at the Citadel and everything stopped making sense and the plot holes began. I really hope that all the indoctronation attempt stuff is real because it's the only way that the ending makes any sense.

Also, I think that it's amazing how much money everyone has managed to raise in such a short time!!! Everyone should be proud. Even if we don't get to change the ending, we've still changed something.

Welcome. Yeah a lot of players enjoyed most of the game, its just that last 5 mins that irks everyone.

Pretty sure Casey's trying to avoid giving a direct answer, so he gives a weird one like that. Not like he's going to actively apologize for the ending or tell us to suck it up. I just want a blunt answer so I can know if I should keep hoping or not.

Also, I keep checking this darn thread every half an hour or so. Nice to see so many people united for once.

Even the Titanic movie does.  At least all the questions are answered.  Bad example, though; there really was only one conclusion for that one.

Ja, es ist tatsächlich ein Ende welches "viel besprochen" werden wird: Als eine der größten Frechheiten die sich eine Gamer-Firma jemals erlaubt hat. Als eine schallende Ohrfeige für jeden Spieler, für jeden Käufer.

Übrigens: Sollten die tatsächlich einen kostenpflichtigen DLC herausbringen (mit anderen, alternativen Enden), dann wären sie gut beraten den GESAMTEN Gewinn der Kinderhilfe zu spenden. DAS wäre wenigstens eine Möglichkeit mit nur einem gebrochenen Bein aus der Sache rauszukommen.
