I´ll stick to what I said before, and think that it´s important that everyone think about it. This is the kind of practice that should not be applauded. So I repeat what I said, and ask you to read and think about it:
That´s very good (the DLC). But we have to make everyone understand that the ending of ME3 is what came with the game. If we don´t understand that, more and more companies will play that stunt: giving you an incomplete game, or a game with a lousy ending, and then giving you something else later.
This is wrong. Some people won´t get that dlc. And this can´t become a mainstream practice. Give everything that is fundamental in the game. DLCs must be new secondary missions, secondary characters, weapons etc. Not a fundamental part of the game.
I truly believe that it must be a part of our statements. And hold that line!

I think it is rather entertaining to see people still dissmissing the claim of the ending DLC if there are actually some evidence pointing the theory right, for example him leaking the MP DLC correctly.
I still think we should Hold the Line, but we should extend Biowares space if necessary and ask questions to be asked. It is valid. Maybe they changed the ending because it was leaked, and thus giving them more time by taking it out. That is why they say to keep the saves.

So, this is slightly off topic about the endings, but I'd assume that Bioware can only comment on game specifics after the game has been made available everywhere.
When exactly is the latest release date for ME 3? March 15th in Asia?

You have been indoctrinated.
If you do this, you can expect this kind of crap to become the norm for all games from now on. Shell out $60 bucks for a game, get no ending, wait a month or three for a finished product and then shell out another ten bucks for it? Really? No, I already bought the game, and - here's the important part - you represented it as a complete game. False advertising. To say nothing of that "It's not like you have just Choices A, B or C" line. Bioware trolled us all and you're falling for it.
If there's paid DLC to complete this half-butted ending, I won't be buying it, nor any other EA product, ever again. And my swtor account will be closed as well.
Edit: Why? Because any company-customer relationship has to have a degree of trust, and if this is their next move, they will prove they cannot be trusted. Not throwing good money after bad so they can burn me again later.

I saw someone tweet to Collin Moriarty that it was a better editorial then his, and that it would behoove him to take notes.Rappeldrache wrote...

Here is the problem I have with it, the only connection THAT I CAN SEE is someone took a screen cap of the MP DLC and then commented under it saying the rest. THAT is why I take it with alot of salt.
Yes, but you have to take other things into consideration too. Why this "Legacy save" with "Shepardalivetofight"?
Why this missing space? And cmon, 2,7 gb of missing saves for "Stability"?
All those joking trolling videos?
All this about "Hardest. Day. Ever. If you knew you would hold on to ME3"?
It IS supporting that. I could be wrong, but I don't think I am: This DLC is true. Why is that? If it is free and a connection to Origin is required, why can't they? Some people cant get that DLC
If done to give us a more thrilling end after the leaking in November, isn't it something on the right cause. Not exactly "True right", but with a certainly nice taint to it?

Its hard for me to be angry with Bioware over this because they had A LOT of courage to add male/male relationship options and do it in a tasteful way. I thought thThat was very cool of them to add that in and honestly, aside from Dragon Age 2, I don't think any other video game has gone there and did it respectfully. Very cool indeed.
So although they may have let me down on the ending, they get major kudos for being so brave in a very gay-unfriendly genre.
True. I also found it amirable that they were willing to tackle homosexuality. Honestly, I'm surprised they were able to take a stand on that.
Someone get Jon Stewart or Mr. Colbert on this. The ending... I mean.
I did had one issue with their same sex relationships. As someone who always picks the nice guy option, I was thrown off that my Shepard was talking to the guy in such a soft tone.
Then I found out Cortez was gay, and afterthat I wondered if my responses made me bi, my in game Shepard I mean. Or did I do a real life Freudian slip

So read about the story. Are you looking forward to this happening with more games? Do you want to experience this every time you play a game? No? Then find just a smidgen of willpower now. It will save you a lot of trouble in the long run.TSC_1 wrote...

I agree that it's bad... but they've got me. I care more about the story than about practices in the gameing industry. It's selfish as hell, but there you go.

This, stay on track troopers. Holding the line doesn't just mean you shouldn't retreat, it also means don't charge ahead!unclee wrote...
Usual reminder (everyone's doing swell right now!): Let's keep the Bioware bashing to a minimum. Don't get discouraged by any of the articles coming about that put labels on us. If we stay civil and cool then we're more likely to be taken seriously.
So let's be cool! Everyone already is, but I figured we should keep saying it every few pages.
