Just replayed the ending again, have we gotten any confirmation on why Joker/Normandy leaves Earth/transporting squad-mates from Earth?

I just wish there was at least *one* happy ending. They can keep all the other current endings in there as they are certainly amazing and powerful. But without just *one* happier ending option i really can't bring myself to replay this game again and thats a shame. What appealed to me about the mass effect games is they were uplifting and had a way of making you feel really pumped with every victory. I'm all for enduring hardships but Shepherd was about beating the odds, fighting for freedom and standing together. But in the end she died a slow and agonising death alone with no hope of ever seeing her friends again. The end music was incredibly sad set over slow motion scenes. Nothing uplifting there at all. It just didn't feel like a victory. I understand wanting to create a 'realistic' ending with much sacrifice but i often play games like this to *escape* reality. *one* good ending out of 16 isn't much to ask for is it?

Even if they changed the 'Shepard lives' ending a bit, id be happy. Take out the crashed Normandy and instead when Shepherd takes a breath in that rubble have the 2 companions that were with her in the final battle find her, haul her out and help her stand. Together they could look up into a Reaperless sky from London. That for me would have been a great ending as Shep would be reunited with those she fought with and for. And there would be a sense of hope for their future.

Sorry for this ramble. Every time I think i'm over this, a million more words and thoughts pour into my head lol. Its frustrating knowing that Bioware could make it better if they were inclined to do so. Until now they've had a great reputation of caring about their fans. That rep is going to go right out the window if nothing is done about this..

The ending was a terrific way to end a triligy.

As the Occupy Bioware Minority (OBM) continue to be ignored like the jobbless liberals they are, the rest of us who enjoyed the expensive (Fans, Media, and Bioware) are highly anticipating Biowares next fantastic franchise.

You know what's the best part? Like it or not, members of OBM will be first in line to purchase the next AAA series that comes down the pipe.

What a cycle, lol.

Keep up the great work Bioware.

Anything they say should be taken with pinch of salt and a hole lot of skepticism to it.

Thanks to DA2 that has since been my attiude toward em and it hasnt backfired yet. They'll throw small hints here & there, hype little something there incite hope where there is none. So when they release something and it turns out it was not what "we" wanted, they can turn it about and say "we never said that it would be that exactly that, stay tuned for future updates, got lot more coming. Your in for a suprise!".

Have seen the pic but only assumed that it dealt with the MP and not SP.  Hard to know if it's legit or not about the SP without anything to corroborate it.  We will definitely see some MP DLC though.

They really wanted to do the big reveal on April 6th, but I think we are wearing on them.
