Food for thought. If there is really a DLC with the real end coming, I don´t think the joke is on us. I think the joke will be on all those people saying that the end was just fine, perfectly fine with the series etc.

Lol you're right :) netherless, I'll be very disappointed about it u.u I'd feel tricked!
(still extremely happy. that ending CANT be the real one -or, the only one. I honestly think they're good endings, only with other 15endings avaliable-. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT!)
hold the line guys!

No, all europeans are here, holding the line.

Wouldn't be able to check, only know Swedish and English to any higher degree. Do know that Swedes hate the ending overall though, and there has been price drops.

A global movement to retake ME3, uniting people from all over the galaxy (or just the world)

If The Truth is true.... I wonder if the Bioware employees are secretly happy that we love their product this much? That's some ****ing serious fan loyalty to their IP.

Reposting this, I saw someone else posted it earlier.

All I have to say is... Cynical Brit FTW.

Pretty decent take on "entitlement" that people *coughColinMoriartycough* are tossing around. Kinda goes to show how deeply in the pockets of EA and other large corporations these people are.

With the facebook poll going down so fast earlier, I figured it was time to update the G4TV poll!  Remember, G4 did this because of the RetakeME movement and with their approval of the game (5/5) the wanted to really see what their fans thought:

Poll:  Did you like Mass Effect 3's Ending?
Not at All! - 79.2%
I Did. It had the closure the series needed. - 2.9%
I'm not sure how to feel about the ending. - 6.6%
I Haven't beaten it yet!!! - 11.4%

Over the past 6+ hours, the "not at all" has gone down a bit, but the only one that has picked up an points is "I haven't beaten it yet".

Also for those who didn't see the link earlier, TB's thoughts on Entitlement, IGN and if we should be fighting this fight:

Just passed the game. My god the ending sucked. It took everything I liked about Mass Effect, threw it all way and gives me 3 mediocre choices at best. 16 endings? More like 1 ending with very slight differences.
Sorry Bioware but it just flat out sucked.

I just wanted another option. Shep overcomes the Starchild, sends the reapers home, and is reunited with their crew/LI.

That's all I wanted.
Yes, it's cliche, but Shepard has been through too much doom and gloom throughout the trilogy.
I want a happy ending (without plot holes)...

Squiddy babies, Anderson's funeral, retirement to Eden Prime.

I ever tell you guys I'm a sucker for happy endings?  Hell, I'm practically a **** for them.

I actually kinda liked Mordin's death. I thought he went out as a true hero. Thane too, he didn't have long left and he chose to go out with a bang. Wasn't that big a fan of Miranda's, though. I thought she had a whole lot more to contribute to the war effort.

Yeah, while sad, I did love how both of them went. Didn't actually lose Miranda, though, so ended up being worth 25 points.

Believing that the three options we've seen so far are the real/final ending(s) is the equivalent of being indoctrinated by the Reapers. As so many have said everything about the final moments in the citadel represent dream, fantasy, false choice, an increasingly stressed and overwhelmed mind, which leads to defeat unless one has completed the utmost in preparation and maintains true dedication to the cause. Everything else is defeat (not waking up in the rubble outside the citadel still on the ground in our armor in London.) We are being tested now. We are "fighting" metaphorically speaking. We were all promised and advertised the chance to "retake Earth." That simply has not happened yet. It is NOT mere coincidence that Shepard wakes up only in the event of choosing Destroy and obtaining sufficient war assets. That is where the "one more story" from the epilogue will undoubtedly begin.

Stay strong and stay polite in here Bioware won't let us down.

Mordin's sacrifice was done very well imo, I admit I cried

Priceless, Herr Gekko

SSV Cleveland will do what we can but most of our firepower took its talent to SSV South Beach, I would suggest looking there for aid.

Thane hit me hard, for so many reasons. Mordin was more of a NO, NO NO NO moment. :crying:

Well, I think for once I'm going to head out for the night early for once; I'm actually wearing myself down spending every waking moment on here, watching, posting, reposting and helping to keep order (although, you wonderful people, you make that last part very easy). Realize I don't have to do anything like the above, but I want to.

Get cracking on the donations and votes, links are in my signature.

Take care, good night, and HOLD THE LINE!

Loved the military bravado. Hold. The. Line. Personally preferred to get the job done and go home.

As some already wrote, as well as I am, even if they give us something this is highly problematic if they release the actual end of the game after the inital release via DLC. That's just strange

That was mordin's, right?? Talking about Kirrahe's speech?

Damn it. I laughed for a moment, until I remembered how mordin died and the galaxy followed behind...

Shame on you Bioware...

still makes me tear up thinking of my favorite crazy scientist. At least we know "He gets the job done"

Funny thing, that Mordin who is a Bioware's creation gets the job done, but Bioware itself doesn't....

if i were an developer at bioware id hate what has been done to the game at the end (just assumin that not everybody there was ok with that)! but at the same time i would be unbelievable proud about the reactions of people around the world who played the mass effect trilogie and care about it!
