  I have papers to grade starting next week, then possibly revising my thesis further, all of which require me to be by my computer.  After that I just wait to defend my thesis, so I'll hold the line as long as it takes.  Remember though, what with the ChipIn campaign, you don't have to have despair to hold the line.  While despair/rage/defeat/confusion motivated all of us initially, it will be love of this game and series that keeps us strong.  Love of our Sheps and crew, that's what will enable us to hold the line!

Normally, I would be in my second or third game by now. But I can´t play it anymore. Not unitl it gets fixed. Makes no sense to play knowing how it ends.

I can't play them either and I was goin to play them from start to finish. Now it seems pointless till they fix the ending and give us ENDINGS.

lol poor Ali, i really hope she doesnt become under seige for the endings. Theres nothing she can do about it. She was amazing throughout the entire game, as was Hale and all the other actors & actresses. In fact its their incredible skills that made the ending all the more painful. They are just too good lol

That's what most of us feel now. People have been saying the journey is more important than the destination, which works for the first playthrough, but it's nigh impossible to enjoy the journey when you know for certain that the destination uncompromisingly bleak and non-sensical.

We could throw them a bone yes? I know hold the line but we want them to be on our side, we want to be on their side we want to hold hands and be friends again too. So Canadian...whatever.

We don't want the fine folks at Bioware to think we hate them. I encourage anyone with a Twitter account (not I, unfortunately) to reply to that and let him know how amazingly awesome the rest of the game is. I'm pretty sure everyone here absolutely LOVED the rest of the game, it's just those final 10 minutes that go haywire.

Me too guys, I'd definitetly be finishing up my 2nd character by now just to experience the different things the game has to offer but it's so unappealing

I accually might have a possible answer to this.
after you finnish the game and watch the credits and so on you end up back on the normandy,
infront of the starmap.
just B4 you start the Cerberus base mission ( whitch ofc is the start of the retake erath mission).

could they have planned for a  DLC ending? seems a bit likely if just considering that.
it would make more sence to end up with the choise of restarting the game with some perks for allready compleating it once (like keep items and skill-lvls and so on)

mabey its just me desperatly hoping this wasnt the end.
i cried during it all three diff endings ive did).
not becouse they were good. but becouse they were so bad i didnt know how else to react.
is this really the way they chose to end shepard and his friends story. giving us NOTHING.

 i for one dont like to imerse in such a big story for so many years to have no closure to anything about any of the choises i made thruout the games.
if i wanted to guess the ending i would have watched a bad movie, made by someone trying to act smart.
a adventure roleplay character driven story is suppose to be telling.

i got scared after reding Deception, knowing Drew isnt writing for bioware during making of ME3
i belived it could still be good but now im just feeling.. sad and dissilusioned.

Exactly this. What's the point of playing again when you know the soul-crushing ending? It's completely sapped any replay desire from it and I've never had a game do that to me based on endings alone.

One could not make blue babies with Liara if one was dead and said Liara was stranded on random jungle island. Shepard is amazing but...does not possess THAT ghost baby making skill. 

Are you questioning the limits of Space Magic!? That magical explosion of colour impregnated everyone from a far. How do you think they repopulate that tropical planet?

All I can read on different wikis are the story plots of the comics, but none mentions the uproar and changing of the plot (and what exactly was changed). Mind clearing that up for me?

I'm glad that there are so many other people wanting whats best for this game.

Bioware is a great game maker, when I first finished the game a few hours ago, I was confused and thought that I did something wrong and got a horrible ending....but now that i've read all of the comments I figured out that I actually got one of the "good" endings.

If this new dlc is really going to come out, I'll be super happy. If not....I'll be very wary for when Dragon Age 3 come out.

As it is, I've figured that I've had enough heartache for the week, all I'm doing now is homework.

Glad to hear you're up to speed Commander.  Any overarching themes you've taken away from seeing all the intelligence tidbits together?  Some sort of master plan we've missed?

Hopefully Bioware is only pulling a fast one on us. Hopefully.
In all I think that everyone here has alot of good ideas, dream/indoctrination/dlc ideas could all be possible. But these are all truely ideas and theories, and only Bioware can make these happen. Hopefully with all of us standing together and holding the line, we'll be able to break through and get some answers.
