While I can appreciate your feelings OchreJelly, ironically DifferentD is probably closer to the truth of that matter, even if it is probably a bit of joking around. It's a rallying cry and a statement. Statement for the fundraiser, rallying cry for our anguish over this.

I find it even worse when we get smacked by BioWare with such comments as "if college taught me anything, it's to always question what is presented to me. Critical thinking ftw." It's a bit of a slap in the face. I hold a degree and I've taken critical thinking classes. I also would say that critically thinking that ending through, everyone except for the crew of the Normandy is dead, unless you count that part of the ending that Shepard takes a breath as anything.

I say if we're going to do anything with our movement, we should endeavour to stay civil toward them so people can see how BioWare is treating us not the other way around. I say that if we are going to try and make an impact, we need something to rally behind. I would also say that we are accomplishing both of those, and they are both summed up in that phrase: Hold the line.

I didn't create the video nor I said anything against Bioware/EA. I only posted something I thought was interesting. Besides, we all know it is true. The media industry realies heavily on the support from the gaming industry through advertisements plus they allow journalists and writers early access to games, so they can be rated and posted on the sites, not to mention early reviews and previews.

The issue I find distasteful is not how the gaming companies fund the gaming articles, but how they direct them from the truth to their own benefit.  If speaking the truth is uncivil, uncalled, and offensive, I must have made a wrong turned and ended up somewhere where my civil liberties are not respected, where I am not entitled to speak my mind, and where accountability for one's actions is irrelevant if ever existant.

Still waiting on the silence, and still holding my line...

You're very right we need a motto/slogan. And Hold The Line is a great one.

I just want to ask this of all the people here that have been my pillars of support for the past few days...

IF Bioware should release alternate endings DLC I would really like to know what the endings are ASAP... Yes I'm going to buy it but only if I know I'm not going to get hurt again... 

I can't... I can't handle going through this again...

So weather its via this forum topic or a private message I WANT spoilers... I want to know what I'm getting myself into.
Although I don't need specifics... I just want to know if there is a happy ending or not.

My fragile soul can only take so much abuse! ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)

The kid talked about a NEW DNA. Everything would be changed. ALL life with that ending becomes a perfect mix of organic and synthetics. I dont understand how joker and the crew etc even still look close to what they looked like before that change.

That is kind of low. if they didn't have the real ending done then they shouldn't of released the game until it was done

There wont be any new endings from bioware. You all should indoctrinate EA , make them see all the money that is behind a new ending, im sure they wont resist that.

I am with you on that one. At this points it's a WHEN they fix it. Even if and when they do fix it I will be very very careful on what Bioware products I buy after this. For instance I am not going to buy Dragon Age 3 UNTIL I see reviews on it a week after launch from the Bioware community.
