Look here are more hard, cold facts - Bioware knows better than most on this thread the endings sucked big time, the fans world wide are furious, and they're losing customers faster than they can count on a daily basis. How do we know? Not one single BW or EA official has stepped up to the plate and taken on this controversy what so ever. All of BWs and EAs officials are held up in an underground bunker, site undisclosed, and have no idea how to even begin to handle all the fall out coming their way. And the incoming fire is just beginning to get even louder with the Far East about to come on board.

BW and EA and even more confused than we are at the moment. None of them know what to do about us!

This is my first post on BSN, but I figured I might as well say something after spending the last few days reading through most of the last 600 odd pages in this thread (I know that's sad).

I'm still reeling from the ending of the game. I finished it last week, but I haven't gotten over it in the slightest. I don't really think I need to go into why, as every point I would make has been expanded on a hundred times over already in this thread. 

That Bioware felt they could end their game like this feels like a betrayal of trust, of sorts. That they lied about what we were getting with this game. It was great for the most part (The core game is a bit flawed), but the ending takes away whatever redemption was there.

And it doesn't just ruin this game, it makes the first two Mass Effects unplayable as well. My plan of immediately replaying the series afterwards was quashed by a sudden lack of motivation to do so. I mean, what's the point of pouring in another 120 Hours into these games if I know it's just going to end like this? If it remains like this, I don't think I'll ever do it.

I really hope those theories about Shepard's indoctrination are true, and a DLC with an actual ending is coming. It's a cautious hope,

A somewhat off-topic question : where are you guys getting this "Country fleet" sig from? Because I want one too.

I'm not sure where they're centrally located (if at all), but what you can do is right-click the desired sig and copy the image location so you can use it.

The proposition that we are just a very vocal minority is utterly ridiculous, I just DARE BioWare/EA to do a survey via their origin-system about the opinions of the players about the ending, the results won't be very surprising...

Actually that is probably what happened. There are certain things in the game that could have been fixed with a month or two of work. Like all the collision issues, Shepard magically aquiring weapons, the ending etc.

The game probably had another month or two to go to be done done.

As I previously mentioned about 100 pages ago, this was fastracked through QA. I mean, that spot on Menae where the cliff instakills you. The fact that my shepard always had an assault rifle when he never actually touched the things? That was a problem in ME2, and they didn't fix it now either?

Something stinks and I don't want to believe that it's BioWare.

Also the first time you go to the hospital, Ash's hand, up to her wrist, is inside of her stomach. Miranda's hair is glued to one position all the time so when she turns it's just wrong. Theres a lot of small stuff like this, then there was bigger stuff like Udina being counciler NO MATTER WHAT. Theres another choice that doesnt matter. That could have been a huge difference if Anderson was a council member when Cerberus attacked.

Let's see now. Later on Menae there is a hole in the ground where you can see through to the cliffs below.
TIM has buggered up dialogue (huge pause) where you first see him and when he takes a drag of his cigarrette it ends up in his ear.
When talking to Liara about Glyph both of your heads turn towars Glyph when it speaks and then stay looking away for the rest of the conversation. 
When a certain person talks on Thessia he's actually out of the standard shot because he's examining the body of the scientists, so all you get is a vista.
Walking away from the corpse of Kai Leng if you performed the renegade interrupt there is the sound of a headshot explosion but nothing causing it.
Numerous conversation cutscenes where the angles change and the voice in the previous angle is cut off too early. What did they use, powerpoint?


I could go on, but you get the idea.

Rushed rushed rushed.

I'm waiting for a complete game.

Hmmmm so we just need to keep trying the bunkers until we find the one with "Very Hard" lock THEN we just need to give them the grocery list.
