One thing I don't understand, do people asking for a free DLC to change the ending have seen the post credits scene ? The whole Mass Effect world was invented by Buzz Aldrin as a story to his grandson. Whatever they change, it doesn't matter since all we have been playing for 5 years never happened.

I really hope someone would not tell a story that is this dark to a five year old kid...

As someone said in a game review (video review actually), there is no need for us to be pals and bffs with the gaming industry. We are customers and the are companies, and that's it. They wont send you gifts on your b-day, nor they will invite you out for dinner. They will only take your money, and if you allow it, they will bleed you dry. We paid for a product that was not delivered, and that's as much as need to be said. Now it's their move, and I hope they use it wisely...

P.S. I used to be such a quiet member in the forums, and now  I can't help myself....

I just don't want them to rush it  and make another stupid weird ending full of plotholes. If they officially announce that they will be making a new ending, they have awknowledge they made a mistake and are willing to fix it. But it might take them a while to get everything working, especially if they had no plans of changing it before the game was released. 

Honestly, I would rather wait than get another horrible ending. Rushing them will only make things worse. And I don't think it will take them a year...most likely a couple of weeks or 2 months, at most.

This kinda reminds me of KOTOR 2, a game with a lot interesting ideas but had a butchered ending due to time constraints.

Ummm....Their games have characters named "The Shadow Broker" and "The illusive man".  They had a race called "The Collectors".  So yes, I put no names past them.

Its good to see the Crackdown Naming Commitee is still finding work. lol

We sure do. That's my long review of what I thought. I was going to go more into the ending, but after an hour of pouring frustration into a fair review, I just couldn't do it anymore.

Observation; That is not stating that such a DLC does not exist, just that that isn't what they would call it if it did. If you think about it *if* the DLC rumour is correct the last thing they would want to do is call it anything that could be considered a sign that the ending, as is, was a lie...because that would also mean that they lied about the base game being complete.

We should put forward the idea that in this DLC we'll learn that in fact Shepard was dreaming about all the events of the trilogy while sitting in prison for rape or something.
