In truth, we haven't really learned anything *that* new. Most of it was already echoing the interview that admitted they were going for "speculative" (in the face of the claim it wouldn't be "Lost" style, but whatever) and whatnot. The only thing that's happened is that people who firmly believed BioWare had a plan (indoctrination theorists) have had their security blanket lifted. I sympathize.

For myself, and for everybody else that has always just assumed this was an absolutely horrible ending, nothing at all has changed. I will say that the indoctrination theory still stands, IMO, as an acceptable retcon..

They are listening, but I highly doubt they do anything. They seemed to for some bizarre reason like the endings. We will get some canned response "explaining" the endings, near 100% chance with no change to them. Then they will try to peddle us a new mass effect game down the road. They can keep their future Mass Effect games though, certainly wont be getting my money for it.

lets keep it civil, its hard, it sucks and sometimes makes you feel small. But personal attacks is not the idea here and will not aid us in achieving our goal, perhaps even the contrary.

Ha! Was actually confused and thought I did something to get banned for a second there before I realized the whole forum was frozen.

But this just reinforces the need to be civil about this. We're trying to ask Bioware to give us an ending Mass Effect deserves, let's not give them any excuse to dismiss us.

EDIT: Was it acutally as bad as death threats and hoping they get cancer? Man that's terrible.

We've been calm, and civil.. I believe that lockdown was little more than a "police Action". I submit there is a difference between being civil, and merely being afraid. Many of us are afraid. But a reminder to keep it civil, is always a good thing..
