The app was made by Geoff Keighley, one of the developers of ME3.
The money made with it goes to Geoff Keighley.
Bioware did not create the app.
Bioware does not get money from selling the app.

Each person must choose their own course.  However, If Bioware states it is not changing anything, that it is going to ignore the great majority of what its fanbase is saying, then i believe the choices are simple and clear. Vote with your wallet at the store..

this should well be the case.

I really need to stop using terms like fan base as they are misleading,. Instead, I should rephrase that to be "customer" base.

Can't understand why the app thingy was that big of surprise. Game developing is hell if you've ever read about it no matter what company it is. Impossible deadlines, budget cuts, hundreds of hours of unpaid overtime. It was really no shock that everything happened the way it happened. We might have been pissed about the endings but I really, really doubt that was the intended effect. I also highly doubted before that this was a giant trick to get us to buy DLC and the app pretty much confirmed that. They did the best they could for flawed, overworked humans and we almost universally hated it. There's no one putting the finishing touches on the 'real' ending they're going to release. If such a thing ever is going to exist it won't be for some time.

But, a couple thousand page thread in their own forum and a fundraiser should go a long way to letting them know just how badly things went.

Unfortunately giving in to what someone implanted in his head is exactly what Shepard did in the current ending.  That said I agree with you.  Stand together people.

Lets just assume Shepard broke free and tore starchild/harbinger a new one before stick his omiblade in one of his eyes. Or something real badass.

Was I the only person who let the first husks kill me because I was thinking "This MUST be a dream sequence, there's no way that Garrus and Tali would get vaporized right at the end!"?

I was ultimately right, about them not being vaporized, convinient time to master teleportation though.

I'm glad that someone else had Garrus and Tali with them. I had them as my end combo in all three.

That's something I need to look up after this ending dlc battle is over: How many drinks was Shepard promised by all of his/her squadmates?
