Thinking about working my mind and spirit into disregarding the existence of ME3. So I can think of playing 1 and 2 again. Right now, it's impossible to ever play ME again. Not knowing what happens in the end.

Bioware you need to realize a lot of us aren't going to wait for ME4 or ME MMO. You can't just leave it on a cliff hanger and say find out what happens next time... in 2-3 years. You will lose at least 1/3 of your fanbase doing this and not just the people that play ME, you can see that already with people leaving SWTOR.

Most people I've seen agree it's a bad ending, even if they don't think we should get a new one. The thing is it's hard to get a solid number on these things since a lot of people will finish the ending and not bother going online to give their opinions on it. I think the majority of people in the forums don't like the ending but really only the more dedicated fans of BW games post here.

Glad I'm not the only loser that felt true heart break. I was beginning to question my own sanity at how attached I'd gotten to video game characters. I guess I'm still crazy but its nice to know other crazies out there all over the world who are just as off their nut as I am.

you guys are quite obviously not alone. If most of us weren't so attached to characters, would we spend as much time in this support group as we are? I should be working on my DnD game but my heart stll aches after finishing ME3. So here I am helping to hold the line.

Wouldn't mind. But of course they'd have to actually do a bit more with tali. Such as the unveling. I mean the photo they give you is good, and works well, but I think Tali deserves better than a midly doctored stock photo from getty images. I mean...they didn't even get the fingers right, they just cut two off a normal hand and be done with it.

I tend to think they really thought they were creating the first piece of "gaming art".  There are so many themes in that story, the problem is theme were created as a by product and I think that is the theme most of us ended up playing.  So they had no control of the story for a long time and didn't realize it.

Yeah.. if it wasn't a brand new 47" LG 3D TV I'd probably have tossed stuff at it.. thing's thinner than the remote it came with though, I'm sure it's stronger than it looks but I'm afraid to breathe on it somedays.

Yup!  It's legit.  I think they just hit $50,000 not too long ago.  It's straight paypal donations by a third party verifier so it is most definitely true.  I'm as shocked as you are.. it was around like $300ish I think when I donated and I thought maybe we'd hit $1000 if we were lucky haha.... maybe more, it's absolutely blown me away.

That's it. I feel annoyed enough right now that I'm fully behind the Retake Mass Effect movement. I want it to be easier for Shepard to survive, and I want the ending to be less depressing. Hold the line.

We were selfish in our choice to destroy what we helped create - EDI, Jokers Romance, The Geth. We did that because we saw a chance of living with our love. If you had no love then why would you care. The love we felt was worth the burden we knew we would have to live with for the rest of our lives.

Anyway, I've always felt a connection with the Quarians....

Maybe if they release a new ending i can live in the flotilla with them. I know they love me, especially after i helped them.

What is this about?

Honestly, the endings as they stand kill any interest in replaying the game. Even if I wanted to try my hand at winning some loot, I lack the desire to even try for a special hoodie etc.  The endings have me so bummed you could tell me a new car was the prize and I probably still wouldn't try.
