So in her opinion the endings aren't so bad because you can imagine **** on top of them to make them make any sense what so ever ... the normandy crash lands somewhere close ... is able to rebuild and comes pick up Shepard after she somehow survives crashing back on earth? O_O

No... I believe what she is saying.... Is the Normandy has, in fact, crashed on Pandora. And that honestly seems to match the view the planet has....

It's within range of standard FTL drives, forgot the system's name closest to ours in the real world.

Nah look at the trees in the Crash scene, they clearly went back in time trough a wormhole formed by the mass relay explosion and crashed landed in Jurassic Park, then a Velociraptor appears from out of the blue and tries to eat Joker. 

The idea of a half synthetic velociraptor seems more terrifying than the Reapers, not gonna lie.

that would be very optimistic for shepard to see his crew again, as well as survival chances for people on the normandy. I would like to believe they are on earth

But why run away in the first place? Why would Joker take the Normandy and just leave Shepard there to die? Even if the crew thought he/she was already dead, they would stay and keep fighting... Right? Especially the people that were on the ground for that mission in the first place?

The only way they aren't at the mass relay is if the indoctrination theory is correct. You see the Mass Relays explode and then the Normandy is out running a localized explosion of space magic. Even in the endings where the crucible doesn't explode. So where is this explosion coming from? If it is near earth where are the other ships? Jessica may just be theorizing herself, or by saying they definitely didn't go THROUGH  the mass relay it's because joker hit the ftl drive when the explosion was about to over take them. So they are still stranded somewhere in space just not necessarily as far away.

I'm sick of these dev accounts posting vague stuff, I'm sick of Casey Hudson saying he wanted the endings to be polarising and above all, I'm sick of people who haven't even played the games (aka it appears most of the so-called rubbish 'game media'), calling me 'entitled' and likening Mass Effect to Monet.

The artistic license argument would be valid under other circunstances, but not here. Though  I understand that the writer is entitled to write HIS own story, and that the story belongs to him, this logic is flawed when faced with our situation.

As we stand, it would be the same as buying a Monet (as you mentioned) and receiving a Picasso (not that I am comparing the overall game quality to a Picasso). Both are work of arts, and both belong to their respected artists, and only they are entitled to change it. However, we purchased a game that offered us choice. As long as the artist entitled to this work offered us choices (as we purchased) we had no other option but to accept his view of the story line.

However, the artist/developer/publisher didn't deliver what we bought. They came with a half finished game, with no ending and no logical conclusion and pretended it was all due to "artistic license" . Not only this affirmation is offensive to us, but is also a major blow against real artists and their views of their own work...

My parents were yelling behind me that it looked like Brazil and blah blah blah. It had 2 moons, but there is no guarantee that because of the explosion, a planet for closer or something. Actually, at this point, anything is possible.

Lets take a wild guess and say maybe Normandy was going FTL out of a natural instinct to run from the crucible blast. Perhaps they crashed on a terraformed moon in the Sol system, seeing as Jessica Merizan says they didn't jump through a relay. The ME lore states that terraforming is quite common.

Yeah, if we have to make theories, I side with a moon of Saturn or Jupiter, that or it made the leap over in the cluster and hit Pandora. (It's well within FTL range)

Even if that was true, why was Joker running in the first place? The only reason he would have had to run is if he WENT THROUGH the relay and the beam was following him. Otherwise he could have stayed in orbit with the rest of the ships.

That is one of the possible worse ending if that is true.
