And yeah, retcons shouldn't bloody happen over twitter. That's gotta be some of the poorest form around. I mean, sure, not everyone played Arrival to know a relay supernovas on destruction, but didn't the codex entry in 3 right out state that, so hinging on Arrival alone is a moot point anyways?

Jessica has also pointed out that everyone in the Sol System still has FTL, though I think she forgets that FTL is not the same as using a relay.

FTL in ME3 is equivalent to 12 lightyears per day, and uses fuel. Mass Relays are meant to be instantaneous and as far as we know don't use fuel.

In other words, everyone "stuck" at earth can fly home, it'll just take them FOREVER.

Another of her tweets say (if your squad doesn't appear dead on the citadel) that they were forced to retreat and thats how they ended up back on the Normandy. Check out her twitter feed!!

I vote we file these tweets under speculation at best, misdirection at worst. And the ending itself is still terrible overall, regardless of whether my Shepard can jump on a space scooter to go save Kaidan from Jurassic Park. None of this, of course, is stated or even suggested by the game. That's not leaving it to the audience's imagination, it's just bad storytelling.

This, more then anything else I have seen since the ending has disheartened me the most right now about Bioware. I honestly feel like crying

But they had. Many have already posted on forums around japan and other places saying that the ending really sux..

It's not just us, is the entire world saying the end is ludicrous and flawed (only some paid journalists agree with Bioware)
