Hey I'm not sure if this is the right thread for this, but I was just looking though the new datapad app on my iPhone. I found a planet that matches the one joker lands on in both description and the picture attached to the entry. I don't know if this has been posted before but here is the link:

The planet is called Aiea and is decribed as a garden world, hope this helps
So we can't get the ending we want after all?

So I'm really not trying to troll, but how would you guys feel if the indoctrination theory is true and they were planning The Real ending the whole time and it's released for free?
Delighted, frankly.
I'd also praise Bioware for the superb ruse. The indoctrination theory is proved wrong though.

See that's worse because we know if our crew eats anything in there, their brains will all rot.

I am a big fan of the mass effect story, and have so far been a loyal customer of bioware (i even loved DA 2 but dont say that out loud)
The fanboy in me has finally stoped his nerd rage, but the customer in me is still quite offended at biowares actions, they have told/promised us some things that we where not given, and this makes ME3 a poor product, it is not propper to promise things you cant keep, this i learnd when i was six years old.
I also see arguments that ME3 is biowares art and we have no rights to change art, if the art were free of charge + free DLC`s that would be correct, but this is art that we customers need to pay for with our own money, so its art, but commercial art or a product.
I have also seen the theories that they planned for this all along, and if they did i will say thats a risky PR stunt they are trying to pull at us, this seems to be a bad idea seeing how my thrust in bioware as a company is at zero right now.
I hope they will change it, i really do.
But until that time this norwegian will hold the line.

E3 gamescon and such are going to be fun this year, everyone is just gonna ask if casey and mack were involved in the ending of like every game
They could just slap a sticker on every game:
"Seal of approval: Neither Casey Hudson nor Mac Walters were involved in the making of this product!"

As always I will Hold The Line.

Here is my take, I don't think it was anything to do with indoctrination, Shepard received a nasty bump to the head twice near the beginning of the game, then he/she is put under a lot of stress uniting the galaxy, in the last run the beam struck nearby knocking Shepard unconsious, the rest is halucination, I could never wrap my head around Shepard being knocked unconsious at the beginning of the game, the scene was focused on, why?ViperAlvein wrote...
So what was said that disproved the indoctrination theory? I've been out of the loop for most of the day XD (Didn't really buy into the whole thing anyway, but still it was nice to think about)

IMPORTANT
I'm posting this, and will probably bump it a few times, because I think we need to encourage each other to remember who we are. It was touched on a few hundred page ago, but IMO can't be repeated often enough,
Commenting on Forbes contributer Dave Their's piece yesterday about Chris Priestly's "We're Listening" thread here on BSN, Rob Munsch said something really profound about the game industry's insistence on referring to us as "fans:"
"Fans are demanding, cranky, unreasonable, over-emotional, easily discounted. Nice to have, but not vital. When you stop pretending they’re 'fans,' and start thinking of them as 'customers,' that will be the real ground-breaker."
This is so very true.
It's no accident that the industry uses that term. It elevates the vendor to the status of celebrity/artist and diminishes the customer to the status of, well, fanatic.
We are customers of BioWare and consumers of a product. This doesn't give us the right to be obnoxious jerks, of course, but it does elevate us from the status of drooling, crazed fanatics to the status of reasonable people who are approaching the reasonable people at BioWare to engage in reasonable dialogue about a serious consumer issue.
Never forget that.
Heads high, shoulders back, eyes on the goal. Hold the line.
Great write up. Thanks.
Exactly as I said during the whole Day 1 DLC fallout..
I am a consumer first and fan second... and right now I am one pissed off consumer.

For sure forbes has been fair with its articles, and there has been more Websites That at least keep an unbiased approach. It is just upsetting to see the popular gaming sites being crass and even downright insulting. (im looking at you gamespot and ign)
