So we can't get the ending we want after all?

I was certainly skeptical of the complaints myself, writing it off as fans being overly critical and overreacting. I used to roll my eyes at the anger. Then I hit the end... and I realized this wasn't nitpicking but a legitimate issue. The decisions made regarding the ending by the dev team were... incomprehensible. A company with a long history of understanding good ending concepts suddenly forgets even the basics and throws out everything Mass Effecty at the worst possible time... At a point in most stories where you want to encourage emotional satisfaction, catharsis and closure they decide to leave us with confusion and uncertainty. A little mystery might be nice but you should at least lay down a foundation of knowns. Its not really a mystery, or at least a mystery worth presenting, when players are left with so many unknowns they can only ask "wait what the hell just happened in the last five minutes? " As more people experience the ending many will be coming to the same conclusion and we'll be in a stronger position when BW is ready to get serious about discussing the ending.

This is weird, today I'm actually a bit abstinent from not playing ME. When I remember all the cool things that happened before ending, and things I've missed in two playthroughs (like discovering that Aethyta is Liara's father, and waking up next to Aria, and - imagine that - I've missed a goodbye dialogue with romanced Kaidan), I want badly to play - with another import, with another class. Think it'll make me feel better for 20+ hours.
And the I'll again be an emotional wreck. Well, this sucks.

For me the final ME3 failed, because there is no discussion as to think ... objectively discuss why it is horrible and it makes no sense.
And this does not explain how it could have happened in a game so good (until the finale) ...
I hope that Bioware has something in mind, because looking at the collectors on the shelf ... I seem to be missing a piece.

I had to say this, My Google Translate told me the first paragraph of the artice is:
"Thousands of fans are endometrial tumors final act of the computer game "Mass Effect 3" dissatisfied."
I cant stop laughing.
I would be a little upset if I was a tumor..

If I'm being honest, I'm not all that terribly angry over BWs silence on this topic. I know I hold the minority view on this here, but I accept BWs explanation that they are simply waiting for a bit before getting into the ending so that more people can finish it. It just barely came out in Asia for instance. I'm going to be patient for now. The way I see it, our movement or whatever you want to call this will only grow as more people get to the ending. Those endings are just too terrible for that not to be the case.
Gotta agree with you here. It does make sense for them to want to confirm the level of dissatisfaction for themselves beyond any possible deniability. They'd also have to be very careful about they handle things. And although the silence isn't helping them with sales, I would rather be patient and see this resolved properly (if at all) than have another rush job that helps no-one.

I thought that may be the case, I have a couple of Japanese freinds who are yet to finish ME3 but my God did they go crazy with fury at the end of Fallout.
Christ on a bicycle.
When the Japanese find your ending nonsensical and weird, you have failed in ways I can't even comprehend.

Shep killing himself would at least be a final act of defiance, as opposed to the "Destroy the universe you fought to protect"-epic-trolling that we've got. It's kinda sad, but yeah...
