Amazing.

Hold The Line!

Awesome job people =)

I was rather hoping to see some mention of the movement drawing in funds for them on their main site but their last news thing is from January. I notice an ME2 drive listed in their platinum sponsors.

I would not push the movement for a specific number goal, I'm impressed with what we've done thus far. I *am* curious though, what it would take to get mentioned or displayed on their page.

One thing I've noticed is some people drawing parallels of how we are like the fans that complain about the retrofits done to the Starwars Universe.

The fundamental difference though, is, that some of Lucas Decisions regarding changes have taken something brilliant and good and made it less good (DV screaming "Noooo" in RotJ, what?)

We're trying to get a studio to realise that what they've done to their story was not a good idea, not because of personal taste, but because of poor writing-decisions and improve it.

Basically, we want them to make a Blade-Runner Directors cut of ME3. No harm in that. ^^

She had a human hand with the last two digits chopped off.

I don't even want to think what they would have done with the feet.

No idea why people are so upset with picture of Tali's face origins. They picked a beautiful woman and remade it perfectly. This BW done very well at least.

holding the line!

Well, I suppose, they could've spend a little bit more time on making her 3D model, at least to for her to appear in love scene, because it doesn't seem natural at all. I mean the camera angles are always like "yeah, she took of her mask, so what? no, we're not going to show Tali's face to you, go to hell!" and, well...You gotta see this for yourself. As I said, it doesn't seem even a bit natural.

Yeah the Tali reveal was the definition of lazy. The picture looks like they stole one of those pictures that comes with a picture frame.

she wouldn't have looked so human anyhow, she had glowing eyes and turian hands.

Exactly. She was completely human. I really couldn't see any alien features.

Then look again, eyes and hands. As for her human appearance she had to be human-looking or the idea of Shep having sex with her would be sick :) Also debating the looks of aliens and how they should look is pointless. they r alliens damnit :)

Sick to WHO I wonder?....I for one think the purple, bald headed cliche alien I imagened was awsome enough. It's just so lazy how they did that.

Whatever happened to the letter campaign I've heard whispers of over the past few days? Is that still going to happen? I don't want to be alone in holding the line with my letter to BW!

Somehow I missed all this letter campaign: are we sending paper letters or email? Are we doing this at a specific time? And what is the address?

I saw some people talking about it on here last night. The plan was to have everyone send out a letter (or email) on March 17 to BioWare. I'm not 100% about the address but I believe it matched the info on this page:

Story-Question: what happens to Tali in ME3 if she was exiled?

Well, if you also rewrote the Heretics in 2, you killed any chance at solving the war peacefully. The one character I brought over was the experimental one of 'what happens if I let her get exiled....?' Needless to say, the geth ended up wiped out, unfortunately. I just couldn't go against Tali....   Made the destroy option easier to stomach though.

I rewrote the heretic in ME2 and I still managed a peaceful solution between Geth and Quarians...

Wait, did she get exiled too? Thought I saw it was a seven point system of which you need five for peace. 2 for exonerating her without evidence, 2 for destroying the heretics, 1 for resolving Tali and Legion's fight, 1 for saving Korris, and 1 for taking out the fighter base. If she did get exiled in your game as well..... What did I do wrong?

Not necesarily. I have no problems picturing Femshep with Garrus and he looks like a skeleton/insect/avian hybrid. :P I never needed to think of Tali as human like to imagine them together intimately. That's what thing I really lovd about this series, truly unique looking aliens *and* the opportunity to form complex relationships (including romance) with them.

Yet another reason the endings left me with such a bitter taste. It's not just that Bioware / EA made me feel let down with the choices I'd made, it was also that the endings made me feel like all of *their* hard work on the games were pointless too.

Hey, off topic question but it's really been bugging me: so throughout the game we have all these Citadel quests that result in better defenses to the Citadel. I get that by doing the quests we get experience but what's the point in beefing up Citadel defenses if it just gets owned by the Reapers regardless? Just another attempt to make it seem like are actions actually mattered?

Reporting for duty, don't know if there is anyone else there on the SSV Cincinnati, but I'm here to help if I can. Will be swamped with work and St. Patties day tomorrow, but I'll hold the line whenever I can.

All you need to broker a peace is to save the quarian civillian fleet Admiral, have loyalty with Tali and Legion and a high Rep.  I think it may help to always try and talk the quarians out of fighting the geth, but I think those are all you need.

Like almost all war assets, the descriptions don't really mean anything, only the number next to them does in the grand scheme of things.

That bugs the crap out of me as well, and the other thing is is even in the ending with Anderson and TIM, you can see cars and such flying around in the background, little dots of light moving around. It's almost like the Citadel is just going about business as usual in those scenes.
