and why would that be "sick"?...i mean, sorry, but garrus does not look human to me - humanoid as in two legs, a torso, a head and two arms, yeah, but nothing else ;)

so, no, they would not have needed to make her more or less human...(hell the asari aren't either, with their heads :) and i still love how they look!)

greeting LAX
ps: hold the line!
pps: i am still compiling a list of what they could have done better (i will post that again in a re-worked version later (i got a topic that shows what could have gone better IMHO) and open a new topic for it, too...i hope more people will read it and respond...but well, can't have everything i guess :(

Hey, off topic question but it's really been bugging me: so throughout the game we have all these Citadel quests that result in better defenses to the Citadel. I get that by doing the quests we get experience but what's the point in beefing up Citadel defenses if it just gets owned by the Reapers regardless? Just another attempt to make it seem like are actions actually mattered?

Yes, there is no point to it.

Yea...Bioware was SOOO creative...

On Tali's Face
We eventually decided that she gives you a memento of her pictures, but the team was throwing around a lot of pictures and designs until we decided on something and said "Yup, that's her".

Ok once again guys let's not get too far off topic, there's tons of Garrus/Tali romance threads where you can discuss this.

Let's try to keep this thread on topic. Again, we all love Tali but discussions regarding her face should be taken to another thread. We don't want to get this locked.

Also, as usual, let's make sure to remain civil and respectful. Keep the Bioware bashing to a minimum. Everyone's doing an awesome job so far.

That bugs the crap out of me as well, and the other thing is is even in the ending with Anderson and TIM, you can see cars and such flying around in the background, little dots of light moving around. It's almost like the Citadel is just going about business as usual in those scenes.

I noticed that too but wrote it off because I saw the same thing in ME1 when Sovereign attacked.  But, yes - really annoying.

I see there has been no comment by BioWare. They do know consumers like to buy good products don't they?

Just donated too, it's amazing to see how much, in so little time, has been brought up.

It feels like the endings and the rest of the game were written by two different writer teams.

It's really hard the get the quarian to cooperate with the geth. You have to respect really precise criteria to do this

explanation could be as simple as group think, especially if up against fame

I like to refer to that as the George Lucas Effect. When you start out unproven and on a tight budget, you have to fight to even get your project made. You don't have the budget to cater to your every whim and people aren't afraid to tell you that an idea is stupid or won't work. After a few big hits, you are given plenty of rope with which to hang yourself. People defer to your creative vision and you are given enough money that you don't need to come up with creative solutions to stay under budget. It's easy to become surrounded by yes-men after something like Star Wars. To survive that, you either need to find brutally honest outsider opinions to keep you in check or to be a neurotic perfectionist and never think anything you do is good enough.

Hah! I'm liking this Harbringer already.

If only he had more "THIS HURTS YOU" and "ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL" in the end of ME 3. (why does everything he say sound so...dirty)

I would have liked to have an epic battle with him at the end. That would have been nice.

I actually didn't mind Tali's face. Lazy or not, she's hot. :P

Anyway, finally got around to grabbing a banner for the cause. War Assest gained!

And I have to say, I was talking to my boss and he's going to check out the whole ending thing despite neve playing an ME game. He said he'd like to donate to the charity. I'm definitely proud to be a part of it. Get the word out, my brothers and sisters. You don't have to be an ME fan to help the children.

Hold the line!

I would imagine that most of us  bought the game and played it before we learned about the endings and came here.
The majority of the comments I've seen are not saying Bioware made a bad product but that for some odd reason, took an *awesome* product and completely butchered it in the last 10 min or so. I do not speak for everyone, just commenting on the overall mood I've experienced here. Most of us do not regret the money we spent because we thoroughly enjoyed most of the product. We just want (added on for the most part) the type of endings we know they are capable of.

In one of the other threads the user 'bwFex' wrote exactly why we feel so bad about the ending. At least this 100% applies to me.

social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/9992961/151#10060522

If BW is to read only one feedback, this is the one to chose.
