+1.  It takes months to find a customer, but only minutes (10 minutes in this case) to lose one.

BW's Hubris created this situation.  A Mea Culpa would go a long in in repairing it.

It is so surreal, but at the same time comforting, that Forbes both gets and supports us.

Defintely. Goin all Anoymous on Bioware won't help our cause. The uproar of the FTC complaint is bad enough already.
