i've seen lots of comparing to the end of the matrix....thing is....at least there we knew what happend.....ole ted sacraficed himself to bring peace, his woman died and the people left rejoiced.....
not really sure what happens here....
It's simple, Joker turns into Buzz Aldrin and tells his grandson stories about how he abandoned his best friend in the most important fight ever, while drunk.

I would never pay for MP DLC no matter how Indoctrinated i am I.......can.......still.....control....it.
Man that was difficult wonder why:bandit:
Good I couldn't care less for MP anyway.
the only indoctrination I have been feeling has been "Maybe you want to try out KOTOR MMO?", as I'd never pay to play MMO...

I was thinking about that very thing ealier today!
I actually liked the Matrix trilogy. The ending and everything fit the context of the series very well.
And that's a small piece of the negative impact of the ME3 ending -- what we were presented with just came out of left field and didn't fit the context of the series up to that point.

Someone said on the ME3 twitter that Joker hadn't gone through the mass relay, that he was using FTL to escape...yes, it was an official source...
Er....that doesn't make any sense. The Normandy couldn't have gotten far enough away in that short period of time to end up on a whole new world >.< Still woulda been between star systems at best, or still in Sol somewhere.

I find it interesting that fewer and fewer people are saying the endings were good. There hasn't been a troll in here in a while, and those knee-jerk "I like the endings more than I like Gandhi" posts on Twitter are drying up.
Yes but how can anyone say the ending was good considering there were enough plot holes to sink the remaining allied fleets, the lore was thrown out the window, hell the previous 2,95 games in the series were thrown out the window. Your choices didn't matter, you only got crap endings, and there's not even a bit of closure or satisfaction.
The answer: You cannot seriously think the ending was ME3 worthy.

The behind the scenes footage we all were exposed to yesterday stated in no uncertain terms that there was no indoctrination scheme. In fact, they had an indoctrination sequence planned but scrapped it. I know the videos make it look good, and you really want to believe anything other than what seemed true at first, but it's not there. Granted, it would be one possible solution for BioWare to suddenly pretend it was their goal all along, but the Prothean VI sort of shoots all of this down anyway.TheBull wrote...

Unless they were going to establish that close proximity / contact to a Reaper beam has an indoctrination effect. I guess that could work. But whatever... it would still take exposition that we don't have to get there. That's the problem with all the endings, and all the theories. There just isn't enough to make definitive sense of anything. And worse, they were going for that.
Bioware confirmed that the behind the scenes publication was A) six months old data, B0 Not a bioware publication and c) in no way shape or form connected to bioware. in other words, it was and is nothing more than an author trying to rake in some money from this debacle.
Well, the indoctrination would make sense. Jake asks a lot of times on the Normandy "Do you hear the hum? Maybe it's just me". Or some such. It certainly freaked me out throughout the game.
I think i can safely safe that it freaked the majority of us out for a time, and though the truth was interspersed among the posts, the forum moved so fast yesterday it was easy to miss something..

That was Jessica Merizan, and she seems to subscribe to the whole Indoc theory. Other thing to realize about her is I very much doubt that she has any sort of inside information. She is grasping at straws just like the rest of us really.

My fiancée has started playing it now, bless. He has no idea what he is in for. I can't even watch him play it.
My mom came by yesterday and asked how the game was. I told her "We do not mention the ME series here anymore."
She told me my brother had got the game the same time I did, finished it in 3 days too, and flew into the biggest rage ever.
My mom asked me about the game this morning before she left for work.....she told me to hang in there and that she hopes we can get something to happen.
Then she hugged me....I love my mother even more now!!

That was from the PR lady, I refuse to dig through her tweets anymore because of the ups and downs they give me, but no she is not an offical source at this time, she is simply a PR lady. Good at her job? Yes. Able to give actual information at this time? No.
