Guys what is the situation? Do we have any news, or are we loosing this?

Well that's kinda the thing, we don't really know either way because Bioware won't release a statement. All we have are independent opinion pieces up on different web sites, nothing from bioware directly.

All we can do is hope and hold the line.

Even if the project did get time-crunched in the end, why leave the endings until the last minute? It's the whole point of the game! There's other stuff you could have cut. ...Like multiplayer. Or maybe some of the little sidequests. But preferably multiplayer.

Welll, I have lesarned a lot from this. You see, sometimes i write a little fan fic just for amusement.  now I realize my biggest mistake has never been writing the ending first, and building the rest of the story around how we get to that ending.

I now feel that no matter what, in many ways we've already won.

You are all awesome.

Someone filed an FTC compaint? I knew people were angry-understandably so-but I hope their actions don't dwarf all the good from the Retake Mass Effect movement...

Yes, it makes me way more angry than the ME3 space magic endings itself. He just makes ALL of the fans look bad. And he is ONE person.

By the way, there weren't too many 'sidequests' anyhow, were there? Maybe some of the 'N7' missions were, but I thought they were part of the main quest. I don't think I could have missed too many, because I ended on 6800+ Casper Points.

'Sidequests' were usually in the tenor of: 'Find, in the other side of the galaxy, the exact object mentioned in a conversation you happened to eavesdrop on'.

The truth is that the Journal was so crippled, it wasn't possible to keep track of quests in any meaningful way.

When I was little, my mom used to play video games for me; I would sit and watch while she beat the bosses. Then I would play the easy stuff. Now I play everything and she sits on the couch and just watches. She knows the story, characters, what's going on....
She doesn't mind me playing at all...though she didn't like all the blood that stayed on your character on DA:O.
Well, I hope they say something soon :)

You have the coolest mother in the universe. Fact.

I second that. What did she say about the ME3 space magic?

Thank you ^_^

See, she knew my Shepard was going to die, because I told her 459793 that there was no way of "saving" her w/o multiplayer. So when my FemShep said goodbye to all the characters, she was crying with me. XD
Then the space magic happened, and she thought I had purposely picked that ending myself, but when I showed her that all the others were almost identical, she then got mad at it too.

Wait. Someone filed a complaint with the FTC? I think it's a little too soon for something like that. Bioware will address this eventually.

Interesting and I do agree about keeping the non spoiler areas of the forums along with the offical social media clear. Yes I know some of you may not like that but look at it this way? Keep civil and hold the line. We shall see where this could lead.

Also SSV Sechelt rejoining formation, repairs are finished.

Whoever did this is like a fart in an elevator. They stink up the joint and ruin the elevator for everyone else riding in it.

What upsets me so much is that all it takes is just ONE person to ruin everything. I'm sure the FTC complaint is all it will take for those against the movement to latch on to like a dingo stealing a baby....

Anything that wasn't called "Priority: <insert quest name>" was a side quest. But N7 missions were more important than finding stuff for the people on Citadel (the overheard stuff), because N7 missions resetted the reapers, and the "find stuff" quests didn't.

This. I wish the Journal would freakin' update when I did stuff, especially on some of the longer quests... @___@
