While holding the line, is it proper to ask the best way to kill a Banshee in ME3? The Damn thing is dangerous! In the last fight with a group of them I had to run around a lot, and spent some good medigels. And died a couple of times, probably...

I began to think if there was no bug with their regen or shield.

I'm assuming that ME3 will have a new ending. Otherwise I'm probably uninstalling them.

I'd always kill the banshee's with a head shot....worked everytime for me.

I get up close and personnel, then beat them to death with my fists. (vanguard :police:)

Regarding the person who decided to take legal action:

While I can understand this person's frustration at feeling mistreated by Bioware/EA, and I will also be honest here, and say that there is a little portion of what's left of my soul which is egging him on, I also believe that it is the wrong thing to be doing at this point in time.

As so many have pointed out here, this isn't the time to be petty, or to let your emotions run wild and cause you to do things you may regret - any time spent feeling anger or hostility could be better spent doing something more constructive, and the money that is now being spent on legal representation and so on would perhaps be better utilized in the form of a donation and so on.

For the rest of us, I would ask but one thing - as much as we all feel angry and confused and depressed, lets not get caught up in the whirlpool. Just keep it calm, keep it friendly, funny, and let's show the world our united front

/end dramatic speech moment

Someone took legal action??... they obviously weren't in OUR batallion.  BSN Batallion doesn't stoop to using professional sharks to do OUR dirty work.. we hold the line and do it ourselves. *narrows eyes chuckling*

First off... as I'm studying for my LSATS while doing this, not all lawyers are bad ;). Also, it wasn't legal action it was just a complaint filed to the FTC from what I've caught up on since being suspended yesterday. It is not a big deal, you can file a complaint for receiving a bad refrigerator from Sears. It's a consumer tool, and it looked like it was being used properly. People overreacted in my opinion, it didn't make us look bad.

Cruiser Fortaleza ready to hold the line.

Any news today?

There's someone out there who has registered an FTC complaint against Bioware and a site ran with it. Please add your voice to those who believe legal action isn't the right course of action right now.

Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but the movement is now being featured on web.de

It's a major german web-portal & email-provider. Tons of traffic on their site.
This is really starting to take off

To sum it up, they come across pretty sympathetic to our goals. They sum up what the movement does, and what it's all about, also mentioning the charity.
And while they don't take a clear pro-stance, they seem curious wether we'll be able to pull this off.

Hold the Line

That is really big, and they are even hoping for a good ending on our case.....THATS SO AWESOME

That fight at the end felt kind of cheap imo. "BRUTES! JUST THROW BRUTES AT HIM!!" "NOW BANSHEES!! ANOTHER GO!"  I mean what were there like 5 or 6 Brutes and 4 or 5 banshees?

I hated it. I almost died because I wasn't expecting so many of them to show up at the same time.

And Garrus. Garrus kills brutes and banshees faster than most of your squadmates.

Not really a legal action, just a complaint. But it still made things look bad especially considering the way the mainstream gaming media has been portraying us. But we've regrouped

Widow headshots with disruptor ammo and some overload worked for me.  During that fight my Shepard hid behind a counter and soiled himself for a good five minutes.  No-one saw though so it was ok.

Thanks, everyone.

About it being cheap, I agree. I felt like the fight almost forced you to have "tank" companions with you by that time. And that is not good. But, hey. Garrus is always with me. :)

Speaking of Boo. I'm ALMOST certain that when you click on the cage and he runs to the glass and peeps and then hides, he actually sais "freak!" I've done this repeatedly like 100 times during ME2. In ME3, it doesn't sound as much "freak" like it did in ME3.

oh. i'm loving this friday evening already :D

but kind of on topic: has anyone joined in with the letter campaign? i was thinking of writing something (although it might take some time to actually get there from here.) but i have no idea what to actually write. also, i should get it done before i start drinking or it might end up several pages too long. (like 15-20 pages.)

I will definitly write a short letter, expressing my  gratefulness for delivering such a wonderfull universe and with it a complete new level of immersion in gaming. I will send it on the 18 because here in germany nobody is working on sundays-_-.
