Thanks, everyone.

About it being cheap, I agree. I felt like the fight almost forced you to have "tank" companions with you by that time. And that is not good. But, hey. Garrus is always with me. :)

For the 2nd time I was actually afraid to bring Garrus with me on a final mission, thought he and other squadmate might die. So I took EDI (as she mostly exists in the ship anyway, so only her body would disappear) and Javik - cause well, I didn't connect emotionally with him. And fighting with those two alongside was TOUGH, I had to change difficulty.

Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but the movement is now being featured on web.de

It's a major german web-portal & email-provider. Tons of traffic on their site.
This is really starting to take off

More good news, the more aware people are of us the more effective this movement will be.:D

Can't read German....but I did read Online Petition!!! With a link to the charity! Yay! :)

i suppose you're both quite right :) and pretty much the same here. the only other person i've got to obsess about video games is one of the barkeepers at my favorite metal bar. but since he only works thursdays.. oh well. :)
only started on my first beer. wanted to write that letter first.. but damn, my handwriting is bad.
i have the same with red wine.. but i do enjoy whiskey, gin and good rum. i usually get less of a headache.

Exactly the same! I just can't stand drinking beer, wine, and all this low-percentage stuff (tastes weird for me).
A good whiskey while sitting there with your friends listening to a good set of riffs of Iron Maiden.. wait what topic is this

Hopefully Bioware does at least makes a statement in the very near future.
It's like hearing someone you know had an accident, but you don't know how bad it is.

While holding the line, is it proper to ask the best way to kill a Banshee in ME3? The Damn thing is dangerous! In the last fight with a group of them I had to run around a lot, and spent some good medigels. And died a couple of times, probably...

I began to think if there was no bug with their regen or shield.

I'm assuming that ME3 will have a new ending. Otherwise I'm probably uninstalling them.

I'd always kill the banshee's with a head shot....worked everytime for me.

That fight at the end felt kind of cheap imo. "BRUTES! JUST THROW BRUTES AT HIM!!" "NOW BANSHEES!! ANOTHER GO!"  I mean what were there like 5 or 6 Brutes and 4 or 5 banshees?

I hated it. I almost died because I wasn't expecting so many of them to show up at the same time.

And Garrus. Garrus kills brutes and banshees faster than most of your squadmates.

Infiltrator Disruptor Ammo + Energy Drain (Or whatever it was) + Garrus Overload = Shields/Barriers down almost instantly

Then

Liara Warp + Incinerate (Real fast CD) + Slow down Sniper = Dead almost anything real quick.

Even then I had to use Tactical Cloak to run to the end to hit the switch before anyone died lol.  Hopefully that wasn't just me D:

Hell, no. I did too. It was getting too hot in there. :)

They are basically saying that

"....dark clouds are gathering above Bioware HQ.
Most Fans are upset that the ending is to dark (90%) and only 3 % are fine with it"

And they were mentioning our Charity Drive that gathered 53K (and rising) for Child's Play.
Also they hope for a HAPPY end on our case

*sniff* makes me proud that my grandfather was german.

I just really HOPE the horrible "paper" BILD is not reporting anything. They tend to do it in a sensation-grabbing tabloid style which holds nothing but lies and unnecessary anger.

That is my fear, too...But many papers started to report about this, so it's only a matter of time...

Regarding the person who decided to take legal action:

While I can understand this person's frustration at feeling mistreated by Bioware/EA, and I will also be honest here, and say that there is a little portion of what's left of my soul which is egging him on, I also believe that it is the wrong thing to be doing at this point in time.

As so many have pointed out here, this isn't the time to be petty, or to let your emotions run wild and cause you to do things you may regret - any time spent feeling anger or hostility could be better spent doing something more constructive, and the money that is now being spent on legal representation and so on would perhaps be better utilized in the form of a donation and so on.

For the rest of us, I would ask but one thing - as much as we all feel angry and confused and depressed, lets not get caught up in the whirlpool. Just keep it calm, keep it friendly, funny, and let's show the world our united front

/end dramatic speech moment

very well said.  As noted previously, the  actions of this one person do not reflect the atmosphere of this thread nor its constituent membership  "at this time".  Actions such as this should only be taken when all other forms of recourse have been exhausted, and should never be executed out of anger, hubris, or just plain "because we can".  Keep it civil, but communicate. Hold the line, but be ready to negotiate. Dont let anger run your life. Instead, maintaqin the lightness that has been so greatly displayed here. it is the ONLY way we will win in the end..

Usually studios empty after a release except for a small group of 'patch' staff.  They usually worked 17+ hour days right up to deadline and then cash out all their vacation for 6+ weeks in some cases.  So, it's possible, other than a small core group that some of them don't even KNOW about the anger yet... though most computer programmers have egos (myself included) so I'd probably be like "SOMEONE ELSE TALKED ABOUT THE GAME I MADE REFRESHREFRESHREFRESH" *snickers*.. so they might all know.

Well that's just it, we saw the rest of the game/trilogy, we KNOW bioware is capable of building a better ending to this. They made a goof in that one critical part, everyone screws up sometimes, all we're asking is that they fix it.

I had Kaidan and Vega with me. And fought mostly from inside that corner building (the one with shuttered windows and all those bookcases, you could find a lot of stuff in there). Was a good place to defend to all the sides. But then, when they said  that I could use the rockets, and the fight got freaking tough, I decided I had it and ran to the rockets. The fight ends right there.
